The hit and run case was weak. Clearly the episode was great because of the Corpsman story. It's so unfair that with all the training that a Navy Hospital Corpsman receives and knows, still it's against the law to perform it to save lives. I think it was handled very well, in a way that they didn't break the law but showed that she didn't deserve to go to prison because of that. Adding the father of the guy that had died be the one to say it wasn't fair gave a nice emotional touch. I love whenever Gibbs go out of his way to help someone.
