After 8 years in the US Navy this episode just felt so ridiculous. How was the Russian Navy just off the coast of Virginia? Why is the weapons officer not an officer? I have about 15 more but will just say very disappointed in the level of realism in this episode.

Could have been a good episode but it was ruined by some clueless Hollywood writer hack that obviously doesn't really understand what it actually means to be wetted for submarine duty. US submarines are not populated by such a bunch of unprofessional morons.
