Two big issues with this Episode: 1. It makes no sense that they allow Ziva on that Ship. An Israeli national working for Mossad on a ship so secret that there is no other agency whose agents are allowed to board the ship - really?!?
Why is Steven Culp playing a character which isn't Clayton Webb in the JAG Universe?
The character could have been Webb or played by another Actor...
