Noggin was a good king. He liked to look after his people. He liked to give them warm socks to wear. He liked to give them good food to eat. He liked to make sure that they had good roofs on their houses. Noggin is happy being king of his people, but one day he decides he would like to be king of the birds as well. Will Noggin be crowned king of the birds? And is there more to the wise old owl than meets the eye?
It's Noggin's birthday and he has given musical instruments to all the little children and taken them on a boat trip. Now, there's a whale in the harbour and he won't let them play their music! Can Noggin find out what the whale wants?
