The series premiere sees Sean heading out to the Raukumara Ranges where he hunts Red Deer. He then creates a menu for the local farmers before cooking a Venison feast at The Grill.
Sean heads out to the Corramandel Bay where he dives for his own mussels. Back at The Grill, Sean prepares a Mussel feast for a celebrity gathering that evening.
Sean heads north of Auckland to a local Buffalo farm. Later, with Buffalo T-Bones that look like they should be in The Flintstones, Sean prepares a meal for the guest at The Grill.
Sean and Adrienne Rowley prepare an amazing slow roasted Merino Shoulder. Later Sean serves up Lamb’s Tongue Salad.
Sean heads south of Auckland to a local Goat farm. Back at The Grill, Sean prepares Goat in pig’s blanket, and Goat in Milk.
