The team goes racing with six cars from previous episodes as we take a look back at the re-builds and then check on the car owners and their new rides.

Championship cyclist Lance Armstrong's girlfriend, musician Sheryl Crow, gave him a stock GTO as a present after his 6th Tour de France victory. The press got a hold of the story before Lance even saw the car so Sheryl came up with a new plan to surprise him: have the Overhaulin' team re-build the car.

A look back at the most memorable moments of the 2005 season.

The team gets a special assignment this time. One of CNN's two Hummers -- used by the journalists in Iraq -- is chosen to get a special treatment. Once the rebuild is complete, the car dubbed "Warrior One" is taken back to Atlanta, where it's revealed on live television, and later auctioned off to help the families of injured war vets.

Insider Clyde knows his wife Vera wants nothing more than to help others. So he has asked Chip and the A-Team to give her a special surprise, a new lease on life for her 1962 Porsche 356.

Ten years and 100 amazing customized vehicles since its inception, restoration and fabrication icon, Chip Foose and series host, Chris Jacobs, count down the Top Ten greatest moments in Overhaulin’s rich history.

Jeff Miller has dreams of singing rock and maybe doing a little sound engineering but for now, he works the counter at Original Parts Group, an auto supply shop in Huntington Beach, California. Jeff's very cool boss at OPG is Tony and he can see the potential not only in Jeff but also in Jeff's rather ratty '71 Chevelle. Our "Overhaulin' A Team", led by designer Chip Foose, is ready to get working and turn this ratty rod into a rad rod but first, they need to get the car away from Jeff. No problem! Jeff's boss is our insider who's going to pretend that he needs to borrow Jeff's Chevelle for a bogus infomercial. The fun doesn't end there though as we pull a few a pranks on Jeff to keep him on his toes and to keep him guessing as to what exactly is going on with his car. We even have one of our team members order parts for Jeff's car - from Jeff at the auto parts store! Hmmm, how many lime green Chevelles are there in Huntington Beach anyway? The time comes to show Jeff his new ride - complete with a new engine, custom paint job and totally redone interior. Will he even recognize it as his own?

Mat Mershimer is a straight 'A' high school student, volunteers in search and rescue and is an Eagle Scout. He also drives his grandfather's old '88 Chevy pickup truck that's seen better days. Mat's dad, Jim, contacted the Overhaulin' A team because he would like Mat, who is always doing nice things for others, to have something nice done for him for a change. But we can't make it that easy for Mat. And we need to get a hold of that truck! Our host Chris Jacobs poses as a tow truck operator who comes to Mat's house to tow away the truck because straight-as-an-arrow Mat has too many parking tickets. Eagle Scout Mat has never gotten a ticket in his life but with some help from his father Jim, as our insider, away goes Mat's truck to our Overhaulin' garage. And little does Mat know but we've got Nascar driver Robby Gordon helping the A Team out, too! Chip Foose, our Overhaulin' A Team leader, starts designing the plans for one amazing search and rescue vehicle while we continue to play a few more tricks on unsuspecting Mat. It seems that tow truck guy who took Mat's truck is actually the leader of a car thief ring! Mat thinks he's never going to see his beloved pickup truck ever again. But what does Mat see in the garage when he's invited to take a tour of Robby Gordon's Speed Shop? No way can that be his old truck! Will all the pain, and pranking, that Mat's endured be worth it once he sees his new search and rescue vehicle?

Chuck de Heras is a car collecting aficionado. His true love of the automobile and its history has meant he's developed a friendship with Dick Messer - who runs The Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. A quick call from Dick to Chuck asking if he can borrow one of Chuck's cars from his collection, a '50 Ford Coupe, for a display at the Petersen is all it takes for our Overhaulin' A Team to get their hands on this shabby classic. Time to get to work! We've only got a week. But, it's not long before Chuck gets the call from his friend telling him that his car has been stolen from the Petersen Museum. While the team works round the clock on the car, hosts Chris & Courtney pose as insurance agents from hell and show up at the museum accusing Chuck and Dick of stealing the car to commit insurance fraud. Lies, all lies, and all part of the ruse to keep Chuck away from his car and keep our team working. When Chuck gets a call from Dick Messer asking him to come down to museum, Chuck finds cop cars and those two pesky insurance agents again when he gets there. Is it possible that his friend Dick is actually a car thief? Of course not but now we've got Chuck back to the museum to reveal his new, overhauled Ford.

Mylan goes surfing every day, getting to the beach in his rusty old 1977 El Camino. He’s one of those rare teens who’s both ultra cool and as nice as they come. Working as insiders, his folks Vicki and Tim knew that the tow truck that grabbed Mylan’s car (“due to tickets”) was OVERHAULIN’, delivering the car to the A-Team of Chip Foose, Bryan Fuller, James Ferguson, Carl Lutes, Craig Chaffers, Revo, J.C. and surf legend Tyler Hatzikian. The tough assignment: making the El Camino into the coolest of surf-wagons. Of course, when Mylan went to our fake impound, he was turned away -- the car’s in his dad’s name. As the rebuild went on, surfer Tyler Hatzikian created custom boards to ride on the El Camino’s tano cover. The final creative meld of surf toys and surf wagon was truly breathtaking. Mylan was soon sent to yet another fake car impound. This time, he was confronted with the truth of the whole strange week, along with his new ride. The incredible vehicle brought Mylan to tears, and when it was all over, there wasn’t a dry eye in the shop.

Actor Ian Ziering played the role of “Steve” for years on “Beverly Hills 90210.” His character had a love of cool and fast cars -- that “love” wasn’t acting; Ian is a car guy who has been trying to trick-out a ‘68 Camaro for years. After enough stalling, Ian’s pal Terry got involved. He’s our insider and our A-Team on this Chevy is Chip Foose, Sal Perez, Jim Sleeper, Aaron Ohama, Josh Kamholz, Rick Andersen, Mundo Hernandez and Orlando Hernandez. The ruse: the Camaro is locked in a shop that Ian hears is going “bankrupt.” Of course, nobody is going bankrupt, nothing is being liquidated, but we prank and fool with Ian as his ‘68 Camaro comes together for a week at American Muscle Cars in California. When the car is finally cool and Foose-perfect, Ian is told to show up at AMC or risk losing the car to shop creditors. Standing before the locked-up shop, who phones Ian? None other than fellow 90210 star, Jason Priestley. Jason tells Ian that he is now on hidden camera; that inside that now-opening shop is the very cool car Ian always dreamed about.

Dale is one of the top dogs at the foundation that supplies both scholarship funding and project cars for the prestigious car-building college Wyoming Tech in Laramie, Wyo. Dale secures old donated vehicles for the school. But, unbeknownst to Dale, the OVERHAULIN' pranksters took one of those cars from his property and brought it to the WyoTech campus. It's there that over 30 student builders, along with the OVERHAULIN' build team of Chip Foose, Troy Trepanier, Bryan Fuller and Levi Green, transformed the dusty old '56 Chevy Bel Air into something truly special for the school. The finished car will be the mascot for WyoTech, as well as a possible scholarship funding source if the Chevy is auctioned off. But before that, Dale was led on a goose chase during the week of the build, hearing that the car was discovered crossing state lines and on its way to a chop shop. OVERHAULIN' made use of the school and city, painting Western themes, as Dale was finally led back to Wyo Tech, only to see a car that in almost no way resembled the one stolen from him just a week before.

Cassie is an 18-year-old bank teller -- she’s responsible, fun loving and the proud owner of a very boring ‘91 Ford Explorer. Chip Foose, along with the mega-OVERHAULIN’ team of Gary Bell, Vince Incalcaterra, Raymond Miller, Jeremy Johnson, Ryan Filar, Joseph John Messinese, Derrick Atkinson, Jeremy Hayter and David Wachter worked at the giant parts factory known as APC, to reinvent Cassie’s SUV in a short seven-day period. The insiders: Aunt Barbara and Uncle Mike, the family she lives with. They helped OVERHAULIN’ by disabling the car; Cassie had to send it to the shop; OUR shop. As the week went on, Mike told Cassie that the car needed big repairs. Days later, Barbara told her niece that the Ford was stolen from the repair shop. Later still, investigator for the D.A. Courtney asked Cassie about the stolen vehicle. Hours later, Special Agent Chris told her to come to a place where she could ID her now recovered car. She arrived for a surprise.

It's an Overhaulin' double-whammy as a '64 Corvette and an old VW both get updates, much to the owners' surprise.

Katy is a young salesclerk who loves her dying '67 Nova. Katy thinks her car's been towed while the A-Team works her clunker into a vehicle of beauty.

John has never had the time or money to fix up his classic 1952 GMC truck. That all changed when his family got hold of Overhaulin' and set Chip Foose loose on the pickup.

Chip Foose and his team create a '95 Honda Civic tuner car. Dylan loves tuner cars and dreams of having a fast, slick Honda with cool paint, a fast motor, racing seats and all the bells and whistles.

John has owned three Plymouth Road Runners in his life. When his current one, a rare 1969 convertible, is "stolen" and John is accused of insurance fraud, he gets desperate to get the car back.

Jason's pal Willy -- to whom Jason once donated one of his kidneys -- convinces him to take his 1995 Chevy Tahoe to a shop for a free service Willy's arranged. However, when he goes to retrieve the car, he's told he can't the Tahoe back without full payment.

Chip Foose and team overhaul Tyson's 1956 Bel Air. Tyson took shop classes trying to learn how to restore his Bel Air. His mother set him up at Overhaulin. The work was very slow forthcoming and she wanted to help him out. The Bel Air was so rusted that Chip had to find another 56 to swap bodies. The second one wasn't much better. Finally it took 3 bodies to get one perfect machine.

Deputy Sheriff Mike more than loves his 1965 T-Bird; it was his father's treasure and he is beyond sentimental about the ride. His wife Stephanie works as an insider for Overhaulin' as Chris, Chip and the team at ACS grab the Thunderbird and decide to make the hardtop into a roadster. It's a big job if you have a while to pull it off; it's sheer madness to try in a week. But never underestimate the drive of Foose and the A-Team.

Ivan’s the mark, not knowing his Nova from 1970 is leaving his parents’ property and moving to Classic Industries, where Overhaulin’ will work with his wife, Shannon. She’ll be an insider for a week of building and pranking. Chip Foose gets a well-earned vacation for the first part of the build, but he does the design ahead of time and returns by the end of the build to add his one-of-a-kind details to the car. When Chip's gone, his dad Sam Foose assumes the role as Captain of the build team.

Dennis always loved his ‘69 Pontiac Firebird. He was very upset when it was stolen. He had no idea that it was being fully reinvented at Hot Rod Car Craft, with his girlfriend Stephanie playing the inside with Overhaulin’. During that difficult week for Dennis, Overhaulin’ pranked-up a scheme that enlisted the Firebird owner into joining the Neighborhood Watch. Also joining the Watch: a neighborhood bagman played by Chris.

The Overhaulin' team has pulled off the ultimate prank: stealing Chip Foose's beloved '56 truck right out from under his nose and overhauled it over the course of four months! A new side of Chip is revealed as the prankster gets pranked!

Back in 1976, he bought his van brand new and adored it. Today, he focuses on family and friends and has put the van aside. He is always quick to help family and friends, so his daughter thinks it's about time that they did something special for him.

David never had enough saved to fix up his '68 Firebird. After high school, he joined the Marines and served three times in Iraq and Afghanistan. Now that he's back and enrolled in college, Overhaulin' is going to give him a little surprise.

Mark's best childhood memories were riding around in his dad's '72 Cutlass. Now Mark is struggling to take care of his family and cannot afford to fix it up enough to take it out of the garage.

The mark for this episode is Tony. and his '66 LeMans. His best friends Charlie Sheen and Rob set him up for his car to be overhauled. Tony always imagined his car being redone but soon realized that it would cost a lot of money.

Jamie let his '67 Galaxie get run down when he was dealing with his mom and her cancer. He often dreamed about the good ole days he used to have in it. Jamie's girlfriend Gretchen is the insider for this overhaul.

When Lowell purchased a 1967 Dodge Coronet 440, he planned to restore it, but ended up taking an early retirement and hoped to sell the Coronet for a profit. His son Geoff wants to save the money to restore the car himself, so Lowell called for help.

Michelle and Megan are more like sisters than mother-and-daughter. Megan's good grades earned her money for a car, and she got a good deal on a 1963 Comet, but she needs more money to have work done on the car.

Isaias loves his father's 1967 Dodge A-100 truck. Isaias's father passed away from cancer in 2002. He hopes to, one day, drive it with his own son. His wife says that he'll "cry his eyes out" once he finds out that he's on Overhaulin'.

Melissa was voted "Hottest Teacher" at the high school where she teaches. Her students say that she is attentive and makes learning exciting. Her husband says that she's a total gear-head and can't wait for her to see her fixed up 1964 Chevy Malibu.

Chip and prankster Rob dress up as unemployed roadies, who break into Carl's garage and steal his 1957 Chevy Corvette. While the car's being rebuilt, Carl meets "Detective McCool" (prankster Greg), who's not working really hard to get the car back.

The team works with its youngest insider yet, teenaged Tanner, who wants to surprise his father Wade by getting dad's project car, a 1967 Chevy Chevelle, fixed up.

Randy is friends with rock star Vince Neil. Now Randy's rusty 1969 Buick GS gets restored to its former glory.

Dan, his wife Kelly and son Mike are all MOPAR enthusiasts. Dan's told that Mike lost his 1972 Dodge Challenger in a street race while in reality the car is being re-built before the crowds in the 2006 SEMA show in Las Vegas.

John Force is a drag racing legend and the star of Driving Force reality show. He also dedicates a lot of his time to children's charities, and has recently bought a little yellow bus with which he intends to drive kids to school events.

Dave side-swiped his 1969 Mustang but didn't have the money to fix it up right so it just sits in the garage. Dave's father steps up and gets Dave the overhaulin' that he deserves.
