Casper runs into the Weeping Willow, who has been teased by other trees. Casper's friends tell him that the giants' riddle has never been solved. Later, the giants are surprised when Casper correctly answers "a ghost" and wins the Potion of Motion. Casper pours the potion on the willow, and it is able to move.
Casper sees Red Robbing Hood (who was scaring off his enemies), who wants Casper to regain his throne back. They enter a royal contest to beat Red Robbing Hood's evil cousin who stole his throne. Red wins his throne back because Casper scares the cousin.
While Casper is walking through the enchanted forest, he thinks that he hears the wind, but it's a lonesome giant named Hugo with his sighing. Hugo tells Casper that he is lonesome and has no friends. Casper invites him to meet his animal friends. When they refuse to befriend him and the giant cries, they decide to let him be one of the gang.
A truant Martian boy named Marty comes to Earth. He inadvertently instigates a war between Mars and the Earth's military defenses. Casper stops the war and returns Marty to his father... who gives the brat a well earned spanking.
Since The Ghostly Trio is making a lot of noise getting ready for a scare raid, Casper goes to a bear cave. When a restless bear can't fall asleep for the winter, Casper joins forces with the Sandman to help the befuddled bruin.
Casper waits for his friend Spooky to arrive at the Ghost Town train station. When his friend gets off, he's invisible. Casper tries to help Spooky stop scaring people, so Casper gives him a taste of his own medicine.
The Earth is experiencing a cold wave and everybody is freezing. Casper flies to the sun (named Sol) and finds that his light has been blocked by an evil scientist. Casper scares the scientist into being good and he releases the sun so his light can again shine on Earth.
After the Ghostly Trip slips Casper a potion to make him grow, Wendy conjures up a little spell to set things right.
Casper halts a feud between the Red King and the Blue King of Toyland. The kings are arguing over which color should be the royal color, red or blue, and Casper wisely suggests that they unite and make purple the Royal Color.
Casper befriends a little ghost who's crying because he doesn't know how to be a ghost and can't remember his own name and where he lives. Casper calls him "something." He takes the baby ghost to his own home and shows him to The Ghostly Trio, who want the baby to grow up and be a bad ghost.
Casper helps out the folks in Mother Goose Land- it's the Ghostly Trio spoiling everybody's fun again! Wendy the li'l witch shows up to lend a wand.
The Ghostly Trio see Casper reading a book about the insect world. They trick Casper into going to the witches to get some reducing pills for them so that they can shrink themselves to tiny size in order to take over the insect world.
The Ghostly Trio punish Casper for not being mean. They pick on him by throwing him in a lake while they laugh. Casper's tall, muscular cousin Powerhouse comes by and shows him how to build up muscle so that he can take care of the other ghosts. Powerhouse kicks the Ghostly Trio out of their house (but the Ghostly Trio thinks that Powerhouse is a muscular Casper).
Casper befriends a rejected robot who is absent-minded and going to pieces. After a fall in the water, the robot needs drying. Casper dries all the parts and reassembles the robot into a new styled mechanical marvel, who finds a home in the forest after doing favors for all the animals.
Big Bill, a billionaire, has everything and has done everything. He's looking for people who can make him laugh. But he doesn't laugh at the same thing twice. Greedy Gertie takes him for a ride, and he wants to buy her flying broom. Now she wants to marry him for all his money. Big Bill also encounters Casper and the Ghostly Trio.
Wicked magician Ali Boo Boo steals Nightmare from Casper. Wendy the Good Witch helps Casper get him back.

Casper strolls through the forest and comes upon a golden cottage with golden flowers all around. When he asks for directions, the cottage owner is very unhappy. He has no friends, and everything that he touches turns to gold. The owner is Midas the Miser, whose golden touch is a bother to him. Casper tries to help him find a heart of gold, which is the supposed cure.
Casper secretly helps out a traveling magician, The Great Foozini, to pull off a bunch of tricks that the aging conjurer thinks he can still perform. But Casper realizes that he has to keep doing this or the magician will realize he can't really do magic after all.
Casper visits King Arthur's castle and scares the knights out of their armor. He tries to help a cowardly knight get courage, thus assisting him in saving the princess from an evil dragon.

There's mirror-image magic on the loose when the Three Witches cook up mischievous doubles of Wendy and Casper. The Ghostly Trio and the Three Witches try to use these two lookalikes- a mean witch girl named Wildcat and a tough ghost- to break up Casper and Wendy.
The Ghostly Trio are going out on a scare raid, but they need bad weather to do it, so they send Casper out to get the forecast by asking a groundhog. He comes across one who can't find his shadow.
The first star is out, and Wendy wishes for red dancing shoes for her birthday. Casper poses as the granter, who goes to frighten the Ghostly Trio and gets the free shoes from the cobbler. The cobbler says, "For one thing, I hope they aren't bewitched." They are bewitched, but Wendy dances without noticing this. Wendy can't stop dancing and needs the help of a good witch. Finally, the fairy breaks the spell of the out-of-control dancing shoes.

Fearful of the consequences, Sergeant Snorkle disguises himself as the long-dead General while Beetle and Zero masquerade as the horse. As usual, the deception is soon discovered. Meanwhile, To bring Camp Swampy to the attention of The Pentagon, Gen. Halftrack decides to put a man on the moon. And Beetle Bailey is chosen to volunteer.
Shades of "High Noon": While reading a book about the history of the Wild West, Ignatz has a dream that he is the sheriff of Kokonino County, and is challenged to a duel with dreaded gunslinger Bricks Bracks Brannigan.
Snuffy loses his house in a Saturday night poker game. The sheriff comes to throw the Smiths out. Snuffy needs $13.85 to save the homestead. They decide to look up Barney Google and get the money from him... Meanwhile, Jerky Jockey steals Snuffy's Hexing Posies and uses them in the big race against Sparkplug with Barney up.
Ignatz invites Krazy to his yacht. Unknown to them, Officer Pupp stowed away.
Goodie the Gremlin is on trial for ruining the bad deeds of the other Gremlins.

Sergeant Snorkle gets KP fever and assigns everyone to KP. The boys fix up some deathly hot chili for him! Beetle ruins Cookie's prize chili and breaks all the dishes. In desperation, Cookie tries to send him back to Sarge.
Krazy, upset that Ignatz decided to stop throwing bricks at her and went into sports (thanks to Officer Pupp's last warning), tries to get Ignatz into hitting her head with first a bowling ball, than a baseball. It doesn't work until Ignatz accidentally hits her head with a baseball.
In order to go after the big money, Snuffy and Barney gather blackbirds for Louise's blackbird pie for the annual pie-baking contest in the big city.
Ignatz, Krazy and Pupp trot off to the nearest gym for a workout. Krazy almost kills Ignatz with the way that she handles gym equipment.
Snuffy and Louise receive a telegram informing them that they have inherited their late Uncle Cromwell Smith's estate in England. Snuffy's long-lost English cousins leave him with a fortune and a castle: the rich uncle has left him a million dollars.
The men of Sergeant Snorkle's platoon are unable to perform any music for an upcoming concert for the top military brass. Beetle comes up with an idea to save Snorkle's stripes: have Otto stand backstage and play a record of a classical piece of music while the soldiers simply pantomime to the record. As usual, the deception is discovered and all the members of Sergeant Snorkle's platoon are under arrest.
Krazy Kat works on a new monument to a mouse as an unauthorized addition to Mount Rushmore. The park service comes via a helicopter, removes Krazy Kat and issues a warning. Krazy Kat then decides to build the monument with bricks...
Barney Google's rich uncle sends tickets for an ocean cruise. Barney, Louise and Snuffy go on a trip on a luxury liner to London. Snuffy tries to adapt the liner to the hillbilly way of life. The trio create havoc and are thrown off the boat by the captain.
Beetle has a promotion coming. A mistaken order from the Pentagon promotes the Sarge's dog, Otto, to the rank of lieutenant instead.
Ignatz barges in on Krazy, Pupp and a local bull in the middle of their picnic. The bull chases Ignatz to the fairgrounds, where they tear through all the rides.
Snuffy's dog Bullet has become such a sissy. Fed up with his dog's inability to hunt for game, Snuffy sends his incompetent mutt to the local gym to get him in shape. After several months, Bullet has become a strong, smart and very snobby dog.
In his first outing at trying to do his first good deed as a Boy Scout, Goodie is tormented by the evil gremlins at every turn.
A wolf eats all the sheep except one little baby. The baby sheep doesn't have anyone else, so he follows the wolf around.

A TV reporter is trying to do an interview with Ignatz about his expertise in bricks. But Krazy Kat and Officer Pupp disrupt the show. Both Ignatz and Ted the reporter get thrown into the clink by Officer Pupp. Krazy fills in for Ignatz on the show and becomes a star.
Used car dealer Barney Google tries to get his two cousins Snuffy Smith and Louise to trade in their old jalopy for an even worse automobile.
A company of WACs is stationed at Camp Swampy. Sarge tries his hardest to get them to leave.
Krazy buys Ignatz a car, hoping to get him off mischief. However, the car breaks down, and while Krazy is trying to fix it, she accidentally changes the car into a boat, a submarine and a airplane.
When he finds out from Louise that the rabbit has been stealing the Smiths' carrots again, Snuffy tries to clobber the pesky animal by throwing a plate at him.
Wanting to properly prepare for a surprise inspection, Sergeant Snorkle has his men go to bed early. After a sleepless night (caused by the Sarge's nightmares), the platoon falls asleep on its feet in front of General Halftrack. Angered, the General has the platoon placed under arrest.
Kokonino Kounty police gives Officer Pupp a motorcycle to capture Ignatz Mouse. However, Ignatz tricks Officer Pupp into driving off a cliff, among other pranks.
Seeing a lot of people heading for Hootin' Holler on vacation, Barney Google decides to make a fortune by turning Snuffy's home into a tourist attraction, much to his cousin's displeasure.
While trying out the new underground traveling device, Ignatz and Krazy are arrested by Officer Pupp for digging into The Kokonino County Bank. During the trial, a radio report warns the citizens of Kokonino County that the dam has burst and a giant flood is heading their way.
Sergeant Snorkle and Beetle try to enter Otto- Sergeant Snorkle's dog- into a dog show. The judges won't allow Otto to enter without a pedigree. Otto does win the blue ribbon when he quells a riot between the other dogs.
Jughaid reads Uncle Snuffy the story of Rip Van Winkle. When Snuffy goes to sleep, Jughaid decides to recreate the story... but with Snuffy in the lead.
Beetle and Zero are summoned to the kitchen by Sergeant Snorkle. The sergeant orders Beetle and Zero to stay in the kitchen of Camp Swampy, and not to interfere with General Halftrack's birthday party, as he doesn't want anything to go wrong. Wanting to do something nice for the commanding officer, the boys try to create a big birthday cake for the general- a cake large enough for the entire base.
While reading about how troublemakers are dealt with in colonial era at Plymouth Rock, Massachusetts, Officer Pupp falls asleep and dreams that he is the local law enforcer... and he is in love with Krazy Kat.
A letter, arriving 30 years late, sends Snuffy to college. Snuffy, Barney Google and Louise receive scholarships to Backward University.
When the men find out that Sergeant Snorkle is being transferred from Camp Swampy for being abusive to them, Beetle and the other members of the platoon hire a hypnotist to make Sergeant Snorkle so abusive to his COs that he'll get booted out of the army. The plan backfires when Captain Scabbard gives Sergeant Snorkle one more chance and reinstates him to his rank at the base
Krazy's Kousin Pierre challenges Ignatz to a duel over Krazy's honor. Ignatz uses bricks, while Pierre uses a sword.
Snuffy has a big chance to become a great artist... under Barney's guiding hand.
In order to get away from menial ground police duty, Beetle and Zero attempt to get into the plumbing business. They hear a leak in General Halftrack's basement. To slick up on their plumbing skills, they try to fix the leak in the general's house with disastrous results! Sadly, the pair do little more than wreck the general's plumbing and drive him out of his mind.
Krazy's cousin Mahatima Kat comes to visit from India, arriving on his flying carpet. While Mahatima Kat lies down on a bed of nails to nap after his long journey, Ignatz comes by and takes off with the magic carpet.
Two escaped convicts make their way to Hootin' Holler, where Snuffy Smith mistakenly treats them to hill-country hospitality.
While spending Christmas with General Halftrack and his strict, henpecking wife, Sergeant Snorkle reads The Night Before Christmas and then falls asleep. He dreams that the General and Beetle are delivering Christmas gifts to everyone at Camp Swampy.
Ignatz tries to take over Kokinino Kounty with his new-found skill... hypnotism.
Barney Google enters his cousin Snuffy Smith into the Hootin' Holler boxing match.
The Pentagon gives Otto a rank of second lieutenant. Unfortunately, Otto's new rank makes him an obnoxious and arrogant bully. In the end, Otto loses his new rank when he attacks General Halftrack, his pet General Pussycat and the other officers in the officers' mess. Meanwhile, Beetle and his pals want to go to the big dance. But it's for officers only, and Sarge is determined that it'll stay that way. They try to sneak through the barbed wire, then a minefield.
Officer Pupp calls in to several mysterious brick throwings, ranging from Mrs. Quack-Quack's report about the assult, Kolin Kelly reporting a stolen pile of bricks, to Krazy Kat's call. The culprit turns out to be Ignatz.
When she sees a billboard advertising the need to become a beautiful swan, Louise leaves home and heads for the big city to enroll in the Fancy Classy Charm School.
