Owners Nick and Carolynn are desperate to see the home sold after seven months on the market, and Phil must ensure the pair work together to turn their fortunes around and secure a buyer

Phil Spencer is on the Mersey, trying to sell two properties with dodgy decor and problem pooches. Ron hasn't been able to part with his four-bedroom family home after 18 months on the market, and it looks like his beloved pug Janice is to blame. On the Wirral, Phil has got his hands full with Sandy and her six dogs. The beautician's home has been up for sale for almost six months with just one viewing

The property expert heads to Bath to assist Robert and Angela, who have had their home on the market for an incredible five years. He also meets Sam and Maria, who have been trying to sell for 10 months. Phil suspects that a scruffy garden and numerous rooms boasting unfinished jobs are to blame for the sluggish level of interest.
