A terrible attempt to adapt a great story. There's not weight, no plausability, no thought, no reflection, not even a logical consequence of events, not even a sense of accomplishment in finding out the mystery behind the hoods. Point a to point b to point c without any effort. I can appreciate for the screenwriter to adapt it completely different, like he did, but he didn't do shit with the story and fall back into a common story, absolutely dumbing it down.

I can’t help myself but liking this one even if it is a variation on Blade Runner mixed with I Robot. Shame that it have a predicted twist ending but at least there is some power in the words at the end and thought behind them. Among the better ones in the show.

Wasn't feeling it this episode. Feels kind of low budget but that can usually be covered by a good story. Hopefully next one is better.

The thumbnails corresponds to chapter 5, "The Hood maker". I liked thought I kind wanted a more ambigous final.

This review is for the episode "The Hood Maker". Trakt wrongly named the episode.

Not the strongest one to start the series with. It had some good ideas and a curious setting to develop with, but the world-building and the characters are unconvincing. Dialogues feel a bit artificial and the plot feels rushed to fit the one hour length.

Even though I get the story, it was really boring and visually unattractive. Probably my 2nd least favorite episode of the series and one I wouldn't watch again.
