But Night Ninja isn't the only villain they have to deal with, Romeo was the one who instructed Night Ninja to steal the floats and plans to convert them into evil floats. The PJ masks tries to stop them but they're having a hard time because Gekko keeps on being dependent on his favorite float, The Laughing Lizard.
