A bankrupt library set for closure is desperately looking for a way to stay in business, when one day the librarians Will and Steve discover an overdue library fee - for a book that was taken out in 1989 by a small child. Now a grown man, Michael Foster gets a call from the library and is told that he owes them a sum of one million pounds. With the help of his friend Jason he must save his captured ex girlfriend Rachael and confront the library.
