With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. An unusual source warns Kate and Dave about doing renovations but, nevertheless, they get to work on renovating their new home. When Jonathan finds multiple plumbing issues, the couple's financial plan could get flushed.
