Food and language is more than half of what makes up any culture. How can you say you love your culture when you don't even respect it enough or love it enough to learn the language and cuisine? Americans calling themselves Latinos just because their skin is brown is such BS and a huge pet peeve of mine. I don't go around calling myself italian, though my grandparents immigrated from there, because I'm simply not. Italian cuisine is a big part of my life and diet, but I'm fully Argentinian regardless.
The only thing Mexian about her were her parents, that's it.
Dressing not age appropriate is not a staple of Latino culture. Nor is super teased and hairsprayed hair. Or shaking cars.
