It has its good moments but mostly frustrating character surrounding the main leads.
The main plot of the show is the romance so don't expect any action, nail bitting suspense or a real documentary on the radio's world.
I personally think that all the characters are very well written; even the frustrating ones. The only one I didn't really understand was the doctor. I think it would have been better to erase the part of the whole "I'm gonna send you letters accusing you of a murder that happened 12 years ago because I want to see you cry" and see a real friendship develop between the two instead (it didn't add any real suspense so it was kinda pointless).
The female lead was also the main reason I loved this series. She was understanding at the right moments but it didn't stop her in pursuing her dreams (unlike in certain dramas where the female lead kinda forgets she has a life the second she gets a boyfriend).
There are 3 frustrating or toxic characters in the show
1. P.D Lee Gang - the way he lays hands on female colleagues is creepy , his attitude towards a top star is very horrible and the way manipulated people into doing his bidding esp to someone who is already suffering by his mother
2. Soo-Ho's mother Joo-Ha gotta be worst manipulative character ever ; so many frustrating moments and she didn't deserve such a good ending
3. Jin Tae-ri ; I hate the actress spontaneous shouting and rants ; she had similar role 4yrs later in "Weather Forecast & love" along with Yoon Park. Any show with both of them is overdosed with overaction.
Apart from that Yoon Doo-joon was really cast well Soo-ho with good head on shoulder and manners .. no the usual cold hearted idol male lead u would believe to be ... his chemistry with Kim So Hyun is also good. The only part they have over done is the childhood connections and instead should have focused on more interesting radio shows.
Its good show that depict how meeting someone can change your life not once but twice he is cured of depression thanks to her and how some are meant to be together.

Yet another underrated drama!
I felt like the story had just the right amount of sweet romance and traumatic past to recover from, if you add the amazing chemistry between the two leads ( honestly they are so beautiful together I can't even! ) you have the recipe for a lovely drama. Of course it's not perfect but it's a breath of fresh air after so much hyped stuff that ended up disappointing me! Kudos to these actors ♡
