Rick is back! Tonight he checks out Vancouver's Harbour Air, the largest all seaplane operation in the world and helps land a plane on a glacial lake. Then he heads to Drummond, New Brunswick to do some face first rappelling.
Tonight Rick goes on a date with Jann Arden in Edmonton. They try paint balling and Rick discovers what it's like being her tour manager. Rick also turns up at Fredericton's annual New Brunswick Exhibition where he goes harness racing and learns how to carve with a chainsaw.
Rick joins a Dalhousie University project tagging sharks in the ocean off Halifax and then he goes flour bombing with the Kingston Flying Club in Kingston, ON.
Rick goes family farm near Camrose, Alberta to help with the annual wheat harvest and drives a combine.
Rick is in Petty Harbour, Newfoundland cod jigging with singer Alan Doyle of Great Big Sea and then he's off to the Norwood Fall Fair in Ontario for lawn mower racing, taffy pulling, and fly ball races with dogs.
Rick takes ballroom dance lessons at the Rocky Mountain Dancesport Grand Prix in Calgary and then he's off to Niagara Falls to join the Hornblower crew
Rick is in Burnaby, BC training with Canada's Women's National Soccer Team and gets tips from Olympic champ Christine Sinclair
Rick visits the set of Republic of Doyle and takes a cameo role as the Mayor of St John's and also visits a Special Olympics training camp
