Ripper Street 2012

Not for everyone. That being said, it's a very good historical drama, with very good character development.

Hits right balance of character development and just plain creepy storylines. Highly recommend.

Renewed for a third season.

i thought there would be more about Jack the Ripper...

I was pretty sure that i have seen the detective before it turned out that he was in the movie Pride and prejudice
don't know if i will keep watching this show or not

first time i didn't like it, too long, too english, too similar to Copper. But I kept watching this series and I'm glad I did.
The last few episodes of the season reveal a depth greater.
