Kenny and the team at Hauk Designs set out to build a WW2-themed rock crawler from the ashes of a wrecked Jeep Wrangler. Incorporating iconic designs and vintage parts from the actual planes that flew missions over Europe and the Pacific, Kenny pushes his guys to create a one of a kind off-road beast that looks like it was born in an airplane factory. Meanwhile, Justin leads his team of oddball mechanics as they put together a safari-inspired Jeep for a walk-in customer.
A local distillery enlists the crew to create a modern Bootlegger, by blending a copper still and a 2010 Camaro and providing it with all-wheel drive and a custom off-road suspension capable of handling high speeds on any terrain. Meanwhile, a local car dealer wants a new Wrangler to look like an old Army Jeep from the Korean War.
Kenny's latest mad creation aims to combine the Old West Colt .45 with a vintage 1947 Willy's Pickup, and raises the stakes even higher by telling his guys it needs to be ready for a big car-show event, the SEMA convention in Las Vegas. Kenny is hired to turn a ski resort's old Bronco into the ultimate search-and-rescue vehicle. After realizing the Bronco is beyond saving, the crew attempts to combine kit parts with the original vehicle, which proves more difficult than anticipated.
Kenny plans to replace the shop's old towing rig with a Viking-theme Peterbilt, capable of smashing walls and spreading fear and awe wherever it goes. Meanwhile, to pay for his new beast, Kenny purchases an antique steam engine and tasks his guys with getting it running again.
