Following the fire in his workshop, Tadgh regains consciousness and realises he is trapped in a coffin, while Fiach believes Mo's tirade of abuse caused Amy to miscarry. Cairiona feels guilty about her lies and considers telling Nuala that she was the one who had the affair, not Vince, and Eimear wonders why Eoin was out all night.
Eimear sees the photo of Eoin and Frances in bed, and Adam leaps into action when a child collapses at a disco after taking drugs he bought from him.
Eimear's drinking and distress after seeing the photos of Frances and Eoin results in a car crash. When Eoin discovers what has happened, he convinces Eimear to flee the scene.
A furious Eimear blames Eoin and Frances for the accident, while Grainne reveals she is thinking of postponing her nursing placement to look after Jason and Cuan. Niamh bribes Adam into selling drugs to an undercover cop, and Catriona faces up to her feelings for Vince.

When Bobbi-Lee leans in to kiss Vince, she blames wine for her actions. Meanwhile, Frances and Tadhg are under pressure when the insurance company investigates them for fraud after uncovering the truth that the fire was not an accident. Elsewhere, Eimear stops Peigi from reaching for the bottle when she cannot cope with the stress of her recent confrontation with Jason.
Eoin proposes to Eimear just before he goes into the operating theatre. Vince begins to understand just how devious Bobbi Lee can be in her attempts to draw his attention, while Berni offers some support to Bobbi Lee following Lee's death.
