It's time for Vanessa to return to Australia. Will this be the last we see of her? Berni, in explaining why she broke up with Tony, tells him a lie. Will this lie come back to haunt her?
Berni, wanting to let bygones be bygones with Briain, wishes him the best but she is stunned by his response. Has Briain burnt his bridges with Berni? It's Niall's turn to cook dinner in the B&B, but it ends up being a cosy dinner for two between him and Vanessa. A bottle of wine or two is opened, as they talk of old times, and fond memories. Vanessa reveals how angry and hurt she was by Niall's betrayal, but how happy she is now by how far they have come. Can Niall and Vanessa put the past behind them or will they pick up from where they left off in Australia, when times were good? Mo, despite herself, is unsure if she can trust Colm now.
A frustrated, and housebound Caitríona, finds a new way for Vince, to tend to her every need. Caitríona's new method of communication however, fails to work, causing great embarrassment to her and Vince. Caitríona's day goes from bad to worse when she realises her absence in the radio, has others shirking their responsibilities. But Caitríona hits on an idea to rectify this. Mo and Colm's relationship has hit a rocky patch and Fiach's constant presence is aggravating Colm. Colm thinks it best that Mo stay clear of him, but she takes great offence to be told what to do.
Bobbi Lee arrives home early from the cruise and is eager to see Niall. Berni tells her Niall and Vanessa may have rekindled their romance. Bobbi Lee refuses to believe this, but on seeing the two together, believes there may be truth in what Berni has told her. Niall however is stumped, when Bobbi Lee, in trying to save face, lies to him, and tells him she is returning to the cruise. Fiach, eager to have Mo all to himself, invites her for dinner with him and Jennifer. Mo arrives to find no sign of Jennifer, just a cosy dinner for two.
Sorcha hands Adam a fifty euro note to pay for lunch. When Cóilí spots a marking on the fifty euro he accuses Adam, of being the thief, who stole from him. Sorcha is left with little option but to tell Adam where she got it. Will Adam tell O'Shea who the real thief is? A heartbroken Bobbi Lee prepares to leave Ros na Run but Vanessa stops her. Will Niall forgive her for questioning his fidelity? Caitríona unhappy with her spying device, sends Vince down to the radio to check on Sonia.
Sonia and Colm have discovered Caitríona's secret camera and decide to have a little fun with it. They rope in an unsuspecting Lábhras to make Caitríona believe she has lost her job. How will it all end? Bobbi Lee is delighted all is well with her and Niall again and she has no intention of leaving Ros na Rún. Tadhg, however, does not welcome her back with open arms. Berni feels terrible for causing Bobbi Lee's troubles. Sorcha is in search of work but is finding it difficult to find anything that doesn't involve making jam.
Cóilí Jackie is due in court to face charges of polluting the river, but he has no intention of going. Sorcha is concerned his absence will be frowned upon, and pleads with Adam to ask Frances to intervene. Adam reluctantly does so, but soon regrets it, when Keanes takings go missing. A photo of Jason, and a new lady friend appears in a magazine. Jason's fidelity is questioned. Katy has no choice but to explain that they had already broken up, and there was no cheating involved.
Berni's romantic Valentines dinner is interrupted by an unexpected visitor. Berni attempts to hide all remnants of romance from her guest, and does not divulge that Briain, is in fact her boyfriend. Frances offers Cóilí Jackie a job in the Ionad Pobail, to help pay his court fine, but Cóilí Jackie refuses. Cóilí Jackie meets Malachaí for financial advice, but he is not at all happy with his suggestions. Will CóilI Jackie have to reconsider Frances job offer? Dee is disgusted when she learns Mack invited Katy over for dinner, and alludes to his and Katy's previous dalliance.
A nervous Berni is taken aback by her mother's reaction to Briain being her boyfriend. Berni finds her mother's behaviour odd, but later thinks it may just be Jude mellowing in her twilight years. Cóilí Jackie accepts Frances's job offer in the Ionad Pobail much to Caitríona's horror. Frances is finding Cóilí Jackie to be more of a hindrance than a help, but soon realises where his strengths lie, thanks to Malachaí. Gráinne believes Katy may have a spirit in her house and offers to rid her of it.
Katy's stress levels reach a new level when she is told Jason has sold his shares in Gaudi's. Katy knows she needs to up her game and show her new business partner that she is more than capable of running the restaurant. Berni is a little perplexed by Jude's sudden departure but is happy that she has accepted Briain as her boyfriend. Berni, wanting Briain to be part of her life more, makes a decision. Caitríona is fit to be tied when Cóilí Jackie interrupts her live interview with Malachaí on the radio.
Labhrás is not best pleased to see the Ionad Pobail's new employee and fully intends on speaking to the board about it. Frances defends her decision and informs Labhrás that the board has been made aware and have no problem with it. Cóilí Jackie later tells Labhrás to lay off Frances or suffer the consequences. Caitríona has more interest in buying for Maeve's Holy Communion than preparing her daughter for the day itself. Maeve mentions her first confession to Vince and is thrown when Vince comments that all children are born without sin.
Mack worries about Katy's relaxed parenting style and sees how easy Jay could come to harm in her care. Maeve's scientific brain has her questioning if God does exist and not getting the answers to her questions, decides not to make her Holy Communion. Caitríona, having made elaborate plans for that day, tries to pacify her but Maeve is not for turning. Caitríona uses the promise of a trip to London to change her mind but it is Máire's strong belief and faith that has Maeve believing in a higher power.
Dee's name choice for her unborn child does not sit well with Mack. Katy thinks Dee's hormones may be impairing her judgment. Dee overhears Katy and Laoise talking to Mack and wrongly believes that Katy is mocking her. How will Dee react to this? Fiach and Katy go on a date but soon realise there is no spark and they are better off as friends. Katy is awoken in the middle of the night by the stereo blaring. She quickly turns it off, rattled and confused by what is happening, but we are left in no doubt as to who the culprit is.
An attractive young lady arrives in Ros na Rún and is looking for Vince. We soon discover the connection. Vince is delighted to see her and welcomes her with open arms. Caitríona, however, is less than pleased. Berni is finding that two is company and three is a crowd in her apartment. Will it be Briain or Bobbi Lee who gets their marching orders? Dee ensures that Katy's parenting skills are questioned, when Jay's teddy bear is found under the sink. Mack is not impressed and thinks Katy needs to up her game and keep Jay safe from harm.
Michelle questions Vince about her late aunt and is saddened to hear that what she was told by family members, was true. An unhappy Michelle feels she can no longer stay in Ros na Rún with Vince. Cóilí Jackie, believing that David has paid for his cattle feed, agrees to sell them a site. Gráinne and David are over the moon. Bobbi Lee is not too impressed with the sleeping arrangements in the B&B but having nowhere else to go she needs to keep quite.
Berni is relieved that her mother is not badly injured but is eager to bring her home until the doctor delivers some devastating news. Bobbi Lee and Niall are enjoying their rendezvous in the B&B until Máire gets wind of it. Will Bobbi Lee need to find new accommodation? Caitríona is not too pleased with having Michelle stay with them, and also wonders if she is hiding something. Tadhg wants to include lines of poetry on Maggie's gravestone for her first year anniversary.
Dee is not impressed that Katy is sending Mack on an errand on the day they are due to attend an antenatal class. Her hackles are further raised when Katy seems to know more about her husband that she does. An angry Dee lets herself in to Katy's house but to her horror Mack and Katy enter. Will Dee get caught? Berni is struggling with Jude's deterioration, but is reluctant to disclose to others that her mother has Alzheimer's. Briain is left with little choice but to cover for Berni.
Briain is left with little choice but to tell Bobbi Lee and Niall that Jude has Alzheimer's. Will Berni realise that hiding Jude's illness could be putting Jude and other's lives in danger? Dee is determined to turn Mack against Katy by whichever means she can. Mack is surprised to receive an unpleasant text, has Dee pushed the boat out too far this time? Tadhg, finding Maggie's anniversary hard to deal with, as it is, is not in the form for Áine's questioning. Tadhg reveals he has no problem with Frances dating but would rather it was not Malachaí.
Gráinne and David invite Cóilí Jackie to come and meet their engineer, but they soon regret giving this invitation when Cóilí Jackie stops their house plans.
Bobbi Lee looks after Jude but cannot get the time off work, so she has no choice but to take her to the pub with her. Berni is forced into making a very difficult decision.
Jude's Alzheimer's has her believing that Lee is still alive. Bobbi Lee thinks it best to let Jude believe that this is the case, but Berni disagrees. With Michelle's help, Gráinne and David think there may be a chance of building their house on Cóilí Jackie's land.
David realizes Cóilí Jackie may never come up with the money and takes matters into his own hands. Laoise's first day teaching her class does not go as planned.
Berni struggles to deal with her mother's illness, but is grateful at how well Bobbi Lee can handle Jude. Katy is set for her first counselling session when Gaudi's get a booking.
Berni is at her wits' end when Jude goes missing. Caitríona is livid with Michelle for bringing Maeve to Laoise's. Máire gets a shock to hear the chemist shop has been sold.
On hearing that Michelle has allergies to tropical fruit, Caitríona is very doubtful. Later, when Michelle has a near death experience, it proves that Caitríona was wrong.
Máire, David and Bobbi Lee go in search of a missing Jude, who unbeknownst to them, has met Andy down by the beach. When Jude is eventually found Bobbi Lee tells her not to tell Berni she had gone missing, as it would only worry her. Jude promises not to, she is good at keeping secrets, hasn't she kept Bobbi Lee's secret for all these years. What is Bobbi Lee's secret? Laoise, believing she can trust Réailtín is shocked when Réailtín goes behind her back.
Gráinne, concerned that Michelle may have cancer, shares her concerns with Vince. Michelle is left with little choice but to tell Gráinne her secret. What could this be? Things go from bad to worse when Gaudi receives a scathing review. Katy discovers the review was written maliciously, and believes Tadhg may have had something to do with it. Will Katy confront Tadhg? Bobbi Lee worries Jude has told Berni her secret. She is relieved to discover that Berni knows nothing, and that Jude has no memory of their secret.
Katy and Mack meet and the electricity between them does not go unnoticed by either. Katy is clearly affected by her feelings for Mack. She wants to get it off her chest and confides in her counsellor. Is Katy ready to tell Mack the truth about her feelings towards him? Berni and Máire are delighted to have Evan home. Berni is eager for him to stay with them but Evan is troubled by Jude's state of mind. He decides to stay with Máire. Dee, knowing Katy has gone to the counsellor, searches and finds Katy's diary. She is fuming when she reads what Katy has written. What will Dee do?
Berni returns to her family home on the Aran Islands. The trip home evokes many memories for her, more bad than good. Evan discovers what Berni endured growing up and how Andy came to be the man he is today. Will Evan have compassion for Andy? Bobbi Lee, at home with a lucid Jude, talks about the secret. Bobbi Lee, having buried her hurt for so long, has difficulty talking about the past. What is their secret? Andy is all set to rob Laoise of her GYO fundraiser money but is interrupted by Michelle and Gráinne's arrival.
It's Communion Day in Ros na Rún. Caitríona is excited about the beauty and glamour of what the day ahead will bring. When the food from Gaudi's is delayed, blame is partly apportioned on Laoise. But where is she? Has Andy taken things too far this time? Bobbi Lee, having talked about the past with Jude, feels guilty. She wonders if she could ever be forgiven. She thinks talking to Laoise might put her mind at ease. Will Laoise be found before it is too late? Dee having received a package of amphetamines adds some to Katy's coffee. Will Katy feel the effects?
Andy follows Michelle to the polytunnel and posing as a homeless man, gains her trust with a sob story. Michelle falls for his lies hook line and sinker. She offers to help him find a house and will even secure the deposit for him. Andy is delighted his plan is working. John Joe is concerned by Katy's unusual behaviour. When Dee learns that Katy intends on telling her the truth about Jay, she pretends she is going into labour. Mo is suspicious by Peatsaí's odd behaviour. She comes to the conclusion that he is gambling.
Dee takes her revenge on Katy to another level when she sets up her sister to be breathalysed while under the influence. This is just another part of her plan to ruin her life. How far will she go before someone gets seriously hurt? Briain is getting frustrated with how little Evan is helping Berni with Jude. He tries to talk to him but Evan doesn't like to be told what to do. Bobbi Lee returns from the fortune-teller with huge news. Mo and Colm are shocked when Bobbi Lee tells them Peatsaí and Annette are getting married.
Dee believing Mack and Katy are together, goes in search of them. She is soon forced to pull over on the side of the road when her contractions begin. Dee tries to continue driving but the pain engulfs her. Will Dee have her baby on the side of the road? Mo fears Peatsaí may be making a big mistake marrying Annette and is determined to put a stop to it. Will Mo manage to get to the venue on time?
Andy is tired of waiting for Michelle to give him money and shows his true colours. Dee, although delighted to be home with her new baby, is eager for Cóilí Jackie to make himself scarce. When hearing of Cóilí Jackie's heartbreaking story Dee makes a big decision. Laoise is getting irritated by Micheál's mollycoddling and is adamant there is nothing wrong with her.
Michelle, threatened by Andy, hands him five thousand euro. Andy however wants more and puts pressure on Michelle to get it from her bank. Michelle knowing there may be no end to Andy's demands decides to get out of Ros na Rún. Jude, believing Briain is her deceased husband Máirtín, is fearful he will hurt her. Berni, seeing how agitated Jude is, thinks it best that Briain stay away for the night. How will Briain react?
Michelle is keen to get out of Ros na Rún but has to rethink her plans when Andy threatens to hurt Maeve. What will Michelle do? Katy is blissfully unaware that Dee is trying to sabotage her every move. Believing she is making headway, Dee is suspicious when Noreen suggests that Katy be Bláithín's godmother. Briain, disgusted that rumours are circulating about him attacking Jude, finds solace in another's arms. Dee and John Joe are alerted to Jay's cries. They investigate and discover Katy comatose on the couch. Colm asks Laoise's help in finding Mo's ring size but doesn't need any help in buying a ring for her. He does however have something else in mind. What could this be?
Berni has realised that Briain did not assault Jude and attempts to reconcile with him. Will Berni succeed or has Briain already moved on? Dee continues to drug an unsuspecting Katy and is delighted when Katy, confused by own her strange behaviour, makes a Doctor's appointment. Dee uses Katy's absence to read her diary but it's contents leave her fuming. What has Katy written? Mo to her surprise and reluctance has to partake in a treasure hunt that Colm has organized.
Briain feels uncomfortable with Sorcha looking after Jude. He gives her an ultimatum to quit or he will tell John Joe about the nixer she did for him. What will Sorcha do? Katy freaks when reading an entry in her diary, she has no recollection of writing it and is shocked by its content. She worries about her mental state and decides to seek professional help. Máire gets an unexpected surprise when she receives a letter from an old friend. Michelle, having spoken to Colm and Bobbi Lee, realises how much of a threat Andy is to her and anyone connected to her. What will Michelle do?
Michelle hands Andy the money and hopes to never see him again. She makes the mistake of telling Andy she knows his true identity. Will Michelle regret saying this to him? Friends and family have come to celebrate Bláithín's Christening. Having bided her time for so long, Dee uses this opportunity to incriminate Katy, by planting drugs in her bag. With Evan's help Tadhg has discovered who was writing the bad reviews about Gaudi's. How will Tadhg react? Andy, under the guise of being a broadband engineer, pays one last visit to Jude. Will Briain recognize who he really is?
Katy professes her innocence but Dee lets her in on her little secret, sending Katy over the edge. Jude disappears from Sorcha's care. Sorcha and Briain go in search of her but in their haste hit somebody with their car. Who could this be? A heartbroken John Joe wants to protect Katy but when Katy starts to accuse Dee of gas lighting her, John Joe has to accept that Katy needs professional help. Can Katy convince them otherwise?
