Fukami Noa is a 10-year old girl who loves all things cars. This is probably the influence of her father, Shiro, who runs an auto workshop. One day, Shiro commits suicide, after misappropriating his employees' pension fund based on the advice of Kuwata Renji, an unscrupulous man who uses his management consultancy firm to swindle the unwitting of their lifesavings. Noa finds out about this from Katsuragi Ippei, the man her father had appointed as her guardian upon his death. Ippei is an ex-policeman who had just been released from jail recently.
Due to the death of Shiro, the auto workshop employees have no choice but to file for bankruptcy. Hungry for revenge against Kuwata, Noa takes over as the President of the company, and pledges to repay the 300 million yen debt. She is a child prodigy and after applying herself at studying management and company law, she begins to strategise on how to outsmart Kuwata with the help of Ippei and his group of old cronies; ex-trading company employee Eisaku, locksmith Tokichi, electric engineer Daimaru and ex-actress Nagisa
