Seven Days is a documentary series which follows the daily lives of some of Notting Hill's most colourful characters. Each episode takes a look at the previous week's lives of those taking part. Those featured and living in Notting Hill include an outspoken hairdresser, a budding rapper, two glamorous models, a single mother, a student, two pet therapists and a flaoyant restaurateur.
Moktar is due to start a law degree at uni, but is worried about how he's going to afford it and whether he'll be able to find a job at the end of it all. Hannah opens up to her ex-boyfriend about her father's illness, flatmates Laura and Samantha hunt high and low for French maid outfits for a modelling job at the Natural History Museum, and Malcolm has to make a decision on a property deal but is worried that he may not have the necessary financing in place.

The characters are now regularly reacting to the thoughts posted for them online by viewers. Ben's mum Susanne considers public opinion about whether she should ask Ben to move out, while Ben talks to his mates about what the viewers think of him. Cassie's sister Tara receives some good news as a result of appearing on Seven Days. Meanwhile, in the documentary series where what you see has only just happened, father-to-be Lawei searches for a job, Moktar pounds the streets canvassing for his new charity, and Samantha and Laura argue on the set of a raunchy modelling assignment.
Lawei is offered a job interview as a result of appearing on Seven Days. Based on suggestions from the programme's online followers, Hannah decides how to raise money for the motor neurone disease charity that has been so supportive of her father. Samantha goes speed-dating, Cassie and Phil go on their first 'date' since the twins were born, and Susanne arranges a date with a 34-year-old model, who Ben thinks is too young for her.
Estate agent Ben dates another of the show's characters, model-turned-actor Samantha, while Javan's financial situation is looking up following a proposition from millionaire Malcolm Lawei and his girlfriend, Kaylee, discover the sex of their unborn child, and Cassie questions whether she could be a better partner to husband Phillip after studying viewers' reactions on www.channel4.com/sevendays.
Laura and Sam's friendship is put to the test when Laura decides to move out; Laura also records a single with Javan; and hairdresser John has an emotional reunion with the family he's not seen for 25 years. Meanwhile, Hannah brings her family together for a charity sky-dive, to raise money for people who have the same condition as her terminally-ill father.
Following viewers' suggestions that Javan, Stacy and Shai make some money by working for property developer Malcolm, the boys start their labouring job. And it's a working week of serious highs and lows. On the other side of Notting Hill, 16-year-old Boris is home from boarding school, to host the party of all parties and face pressure from his mum over his grades. Malcolm competes with his own wild Halloween party, attended my various familiar faces from the series.
Ben lines up another date but falls out with his mum/ flatmate, Susanne; it's an emotional day for Malcolm and friends at his mum's memorial; Laura's feeling the pressure at her first ever music showcase; and sparks fly on fireworks night for Cassie and Phil.
