Sherlock: Season 1

1x03 The Great Game

Jim Moriarty looks and sounds like a muppet.

I'd be crying too if I was forced to sit in a parked car for 12 hours! What an atrocity. Oh, the bomb thing is messed up too, I guess.
Yeah, there's no way a dude could stand in a crowded thoroughfare of London for 9 hours straight unmolested. Especially not with visible wires hanging out of the sweater. I know we're not supposed to over-analyze it, but come on.

Hard to tell which one is my favorite Sherlock episode, but "The Great Game" gets so close (I actually don't think I'm able to choose, really).

Moriarty is just WOW. The biggest, smartest, craziest bitch - quite a fit for Sherlock!

As a huge Johnlock shipper, I might say: Sherlock striping John's clothes in a darken swimming pool is ALL I EVER WANNA TALK ABOUT. FOREVER. Sorry, John!

This show has a bit of a pacing problem. Or at least I find it to be a problem. It moves just a liiiiiiittle too quickly for my taste. I hate that if I even blink, for a moment, I’d be utterly lost in the mystery of things.

I couldn’t even tell you if it all makes sense, or if there are any plot holes, exactly because of how rapid the clues are dished out. A more enjoyable program would allow things to unravel in a less chaotic way, where clues are clear and the reveals can be properly understood, and thoroughly appreciated.

Still, I love the casting, and I’m hoping a second season will fix what I believe needs fixing. Because there’s definitely potential for sure.

I wonder how much they spend on cabs a day???
That scene in the planetarium was mind blowing!! And that Golum person really scared me, like was he real?? Total slenderman vibes.
And I have a couple of questions about Moriarty cause he killed that little boy all those years ago but Sherlock also knew that little boy too (I think? Cause he said he remembered the sneakers and no one believe him that it was a murder when he was a kid) so does that mean that Sherlock and Moriarty know each other from when they were kids??? And also I thought Moriarty or Andrew Scott was the other detective that was on episode 2, they look really similar and that detective was clueless and kinda shady but I guess there are two different actors
