    It's the fastest of the run-and-gun handgun sports when the top shooters in the country compete with 'race guns' that bring every possible enhancement to help win. Plus, there's a zombie invasion in Nebraska that can only be handled by the competitors at Pandemic in the Heartland, hosted by Hornady. And wounded veterans honoring wounded veterans at HAVA family range day near Fort Campbell in Kentucky.

    The GAP Grind Pro-Am opens one of the most intimidating competitions to new shooters. It's long range precision rifle competition in Tennessee, with John now considered an experienced pro, helping a new shooter compete. Plus, Japan's historic, yet unreliable revolver is one of History's Guns. And juniors are breaking a lot of clays at the SCTP Nationals.

    Jim, John, and Tony are running the 12 miles of aisles in the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas, with 60,000 gun dealers and buyers.     80,000 NRA Members gather in Louisville for the 145th Annual Meeting. It's a huge celebration of the Second Amendment and this time there's major political news. And, a surprising number of new guns being announced. Plus, the story of the 'Dick Special', the Colt Detective Special, that's now one of History's Guns. And hundreds of college students spend their spring break in Alabama competing in the College Pistol Nationals.

    It's classic pistol competition as Col. Jeff Cooper first created the combat sport. 400 USPSA members compete in Barry, Illinois with single-stack 1911's, in the biggest championship competition of the year. Plus the history of John Browning's 1911 that is clearly of History's most famous guns. And the little known museum in Alabama with the 8,000 weapons collected by one man who had been an American spy in World War Two.

    This is the year the world's most prestigious handgun championship becomes twice as difficult. To take the cup the top competitors have to shoot the four stages of fire twice, combining their qualifying score with their second round of shooting the plates, the barricades, the practical, and the mover. Julie Golob joins John Scoutten to present the action from Columbia, Missouri. Plus, the High Standard from World War Two, and the movie guns Clint Eastwood ordered for his film, American Sniper.

Pasa Park, in Barry, Illinois, hosts competitors of all ages and skill levels to be challenged on 14 action-shooting stages of fire.
