Not funny enough and not serious enough.

started out funnier than it ended up after more episodes. the jokes don't sit well enough, and the serious part is not believable evolving, no buy in. mediocre

I loved it. It’s not so over the top that it feels fake. Of course, Jimmy with the magic touch is a bit of an overdone trope. Regardless, it’s a great show. I am glad they left it short enough to enjoy. Kudos to the kid. Fantastic acting!

[tv+] It builds on a foundation of characters who are emotionally hurt and trying to find a way to cope with pain, absence or trauma. Somehow, the therapist identifies with his patients in the psychological chaos of someone who has lost his vital balance. But by the end of second episode it's clear that the writers have little interest in delving into the characters and taking their story anywhere other than just plain entertainment. The problem is that it doesn't achieve such a basic objective either, it gets lost in forced comedy situations and in an unbalanced and unstable proposal.

Some of this show is "blah", but then some of it is like, "Okay."

Well, it certainly gets better towards the end. Hoping we'll see a season 2.

Eh - the show had potential but just feels that they are trying way too hard to be 'hip' or 'cool'. The whole show feels forced and lazy.

sometimes I remember that I'm watching a comedy. most times, I'm passing my time.

it's not a bad show, but it isn't great either.

The energy is killing, oscillating between joy and sadness. I really enjoy this show so far

Enjoyed the show,maybe a couple of actors they should ditch like the two youngest ones.

Great show. All the actors are great, especially Christa and Harrison, but for the love of comedy, dump Jason’s whiny face. He’s really not a good actor at all.

Very good humor series .. mm I think could be said of black humor, very funny .. For a clear adult this.

The only good Show apple brought us, is the Snoopy Show. Everything else is just polished meh.

I'm looking forward to the next season! super funny.

I liked it. Funny and dramatic where appropriate. if you're not a fan of Jason Segel's comedy style, it's probably not for you.

A show I've been waiting for all my life - the opposite of Breaking Bad!

In Breaking Bad everyone slowly marches downhill, revealing the worst of themselves. This is the opposite, with just a regular gang dealing with a crappy situation and slowing getting better. The premise is grim but they handle it with comedic grace. It's uplifting and well-acted with a knock-out script. And for those critics who don't like it because it's an unrealistic representation of psychiatry, I would take a breath and remember it's a TV show trying to show a "what if" scenario. So sit back, watch some masters at work, share in the paradoxical humour and grief, and perhaps use the show to think about how you can add some small improvements into your own real-life relationships. 8/10

What can I say, I love Harrison Ford and Jason Segal. That's why it's a no-brainer for me.Plus they got actors from scrubs,that's why it just feels nice and nostalgic.
Yes, not all the jokes sit well, but it was a nice teamwork on all characters.I look forward to a second season!

I liked it, touchy and funny..

A truly guilty pleasure interspersed with moments of deep caring. And Harrison Ford as a very human human.
