8.2/10. One of the episodes that made me fall in love with the show. It's such a classic, Looney Tunes-esque caper, where SpongeBob tries to stay good natured about everything while the world conspires against him. The ludicrousness of "Glove World" and the slapstick of him trying to do simple tasks like tie his shoes or use the vending machines while the buses he needs to get back home zoom by really make the episode. SpongeBob's trip to the bus station to complain was fun too, between the silliness of the raspberry-interjected "accent" of the locals, and the neat designs of the various undersea life in Rock Bottom. All-in-all, it's a zany but creative episode that has some classic cartoon rhythms.
