Better than the first part, but still not one of Stargate's finest hours. Being the second half of a two-parter means that the story feels artificially stretched out and there are real lulls along the way. It's helped along by Teal'c's part of the story over on Chulak, and the beginnings of a Jaffa rebellion that he's seeding. The rest of the episode feels too confined to an uninteresting location, and it has some particularly weak bad guys.

Daniel/Michael Shanks seems really out of it for the duration of the episode, and strangely useless.

It does have some cool moments, notably the ship flying through the Stargate and General Hammonds subsequent "yee-ha!". Major Davis has appeared previously, but here he seems to become a more permanent part of the Cheyenne Mountain staff. And it's always a joy to see Bra'tac back.
