This is messy. It throws a lot at you but is rarely all that interesting. Kinsey's presence does add some fun to things with the dynamics between him and Jack, as usual, but it's not enough. There's some big things going on here as some large plot threads are given a conclusion, but somehow it doesn't have much impact. Was anybody really that interested in the Trust?
The whole thing is wrapped up incredibly quickly in the end and it finishes as you barely manage to register what's happened. The best thing here for me was the fun interaction between Daniel and Captain Voronkova.
what an exhausting and boring episode :/
Damn that jeep transporting Daniel was so loud it drowned out their whole conversation wtf :flushed:

This could have been a two-parter instead of some of the other two-parters that should have been a single episode.
The basic premise is good, but entirely too rushed to develop the story properly. In the end, the story isn't that interesting because it moves too quickly with too many plots and subplots. One would think being on the verge of a nuclear war would be suspenseful, but it isn't.
And speaking of being on the verge of nuclear war, how can they get the DEFCON order right, but the sign be upside down? Kudos to the team for at least getting the order correct. So many shows and movies get it backward it is embarrassing.
