For someone who sits on the Jaffa High Council, Teal'c manages to completely miss most of their meetings. Every time he sets foot in the chamber, the Council calls a recess.
Either the Council has the worst notification system ever, or they're actively trying to keep him from being involved in their efforts.
Gerak continues to be an amazing character and I am sure that is in no small part due to the acting skills of Louis Gossett Jr. I continue to be amazed at just how good the character is.
Unfortunately Cameron Bright's portrayal of Orlin is just bad. There is no range of emotion, inflection, or anything other than a robotic reciting of lines. Considering how many amazing young actors this show has had, this is a tremendous let down.

Of course, since I'm watching the whole Stargate franchise in release order, I now have to wait until after the next 8 episodes of Atlantis before finding out what happens after this cliffhanger. Being a nerd is suffering. :sweat_smile: (But at least that's going to be more like 4 days than the 4 months it was during the original broadcast, so really… I should just suck it up!)
