This show is starting to take itself WAY too seriously. One of the main appeals of it to me in the first season was the way that it didn't go any darker than it needed to, and it ALWAYS balanced that out with some complementary light and FUN stuff. But this season seems to be spending all of its time on the dark side and, as a result, the show is becoming less entertaining and more of a chore. It's as if that simpleminded "darker is always better" mindset has set in with a vengeance...
I mean Eclipso is not your class bully, Court.
Only good thing about this episode was seeing Jay Garrick. I seriously laughed that Courtney had the audacity to be upset Pat and her mom lied to her about the JSA and Eclipso in the past. They are the parents and she is the child. They don't have to tell her jack shit. Also, it was funny that Courtney thought her and Beth of all people were gonna go run the streets to find Eclipso to defeat him??? They don't know the extent of his power or how to deat him. Just so dumb. This is such a weak show.

Other than that another
Dark and Moody episode.
This show is taking itself
way way to seriously
and has just become
another depressing
DC churn out.
Literally the fun and
excitement has been
sucked well and truly
out of....Well everything.
Eclipso is just using
the same old same old
each and every episode,
I just wish he'd step it
up and get on with it.
If I have to watch another
episode where
Team-StarGirl members
fet Jedi mind fcuked
I will seriously lose my
shit. It's just starting to
drag now with little to
no forward momentum.
By now us the audience
know what's real and what
isn't so the same old trick
each episode has aged
like milk on a hot summers
day.
With only four episodes
left they really need
to start bringing the
fight and also
bringing this
Story/Season to a
Satisfactory conclusion.

Courtney is annoying as fuck. What does she expect? Actually most of the characters on this show are starting to be annoying. I guess The CW treatment is slowly kicking in.
