This episode is just a masterclass in character animation, specifically with the utter rawness of the emotions Sadie and Lars go through over the course of the story. Theirs is not a healthy relationship, but the show is very aware of that, and isn't afraid to explore where that takes the pair of them.
In the part close to the end of the episode Lars said a thing like: Do you get lonely even when you are around people? and Sady nods. This part breaks me apart, this is what i have felt time ago and sometimes i still feelslike this
