You need to be a killer, he was told. And so a killer he became.
Brilliant season, cannot wait for more.
Like some sort of fanciful Greek tragedy playing out in front of you. You can't bring yourself to like anybody, but you also can't bring yourself to hate anyone either. It's a pit of vipers and everyone is a victim and a hunter. A powder keg of the modern era. Magnificent.
Outstanding episode! I loved it.
What a sophomore season from this show. HBO nailed this one
Fucking INCREDIBLE. Some I expected, some took me by surprise, everything made complete sense. The performances were all amazing, you could rewatch this a hundred times and still find small details to marvel at.
But of course Jeremy Strong took the cake in my opinion. That last scene was everything I ever wanted.
Very on brand Kendall Roy.
Definitely enjoy this show more than I used to. I was so close to dropping it in the first few episodes. It felt really weird, especially the characters, they didn't feel real.
The more I watch the more I like it, enjoy it. Brian Cox's performance kept me in, the scene in this season where he shames everyone was so hilarious!
In the end I think I dislike every character in this show and I think that's why I like it.
My brain attempting to have thoughts about something other than succession today... WHAT A SEASON FINALE!!
Hilarious while incredibly tense drama!
Matthew Macfadyen has his Emmy tape!!!
big budget Arrested Development is actually very fucking good!!!! :clap_tone2::clap_tone2::clap_tone2::clap_tone2::clap_tone2:
All of the young people in the yacht looks good in their sunglasses.
What an amazing end to this season. Wow
best episode yet, they keep outdoing themselves.
He’s a killer. Last 2 minutes of this were honestly incredible. I saw it coming, yet it still had me going straight from crying to shouting at my tv.
I can’t believe that really happened… there’s no way. Like how is Kendall acting so brave for someone who killed another someone? I know Logan said he was a NRPI so to Logan that boy’s life meant nothing, but he must know the general public doesn’t support manslaughter so… and I’m so shocked Kendall got back his confidence and even bigger and better. Part of me thinks Logan planned this, like he knew he had to sacrifice himself but no one would go for it or that he wouldn’t been able to come back from it so he had Kendall do it? But that seems too complicated for no reason.
And wow I guess Greg turned on them, he can’t forgive he walked out from 250mil just for them to want to pin everything on him. And oh god I’m so mad we missed his interview segment, that surely would’ve been gold.
The one detail I wish the production would’ve done different was Shiv’s hair, I get the idea of her having a more structured haircut since she was kinda chosen as the successor, but she had it that way since the honeymoon and it doesn’t make sense to be on a yacht vacation with a perfectly straightened bob, so I wish her hair transformation was slower til the infamous bob
I think somehow Logan knew or expects this from Ken. He said Kendall lacks killer instinct but he adds that maybe nowadays you don't need that. He should have thought that telling him he lacks that instinct results as Ken killing him and halfway through the conversation he explains maybe you don't need that instinct. I think Logan knew he f*cked himself. And in the end we can see a little bit proud in his eyes. And maybe he thinks deep inside if one of my own replaces me that one really should kill me for it.
I was 99% sure of Kenny’s decision when the motherfucker said NRPI to him, brilliant show.
I didn't like this second season of Succession that much. The first one was much better.
Kendall shows that he is a killer, in a way reminds us of an aspect ok him that was kept suppressed during this season
First time I've gave a show 10 out of 10 since Breaking Bad.This just keeps getting better and better.

Right before Kendall left his father he kissed him on the cheek. This was poetic as it represented the kiss of Judas - an act of betrayel under the veil of friendship. Kendall essentially made up his mind in that moment that he would betray his father after the cold treatment and lack of love Logan gave him in that last moment.
This show is getting better and better each season. I'm excited to see where season 3 goes!
