The alien Fearians recruit the Legion of Doom to help them trick the Super Friends into making Earth's climate suitable for their Venusian bodies in exchange for letting the Legion of Doom rule the world. The Legion succeeds, and the Superfriends realise from computer analysis the planet is changing. The Fearian leader traps the Superfriends in a force field, meanwhile the Legion is planning on using Brainiac's androids to impersonate world leaders. But Green Lantern makes the Superfriends invisible, causing the leader to think there was a flaw and turn off the force field. Green Lantern then sends him back to Venus. The Superfriends restore the world, and defeat the Legion, however they escape.
