This episode had 'S2:E9 Croatoan' vibes. Same as when they were stuck in the medical center trying to figure out who was infected and who wasn't. That was one of my favorite episodes from the earlier seasons so of course I loved this one too. Slightly creepier with a slug though. Gross.
