Dina is basically the Dwight Schrute of this show. (She even looks like she could be a female Rainn Wilson...) But I don't think she pulls it off nearly as well.
For someone who got married at 19, Amy sure dated a lot of people... although I suppose in this context, "dating" could just mean literally one date.
