Cheyenne and Mateo are one of the funniest comedic pairings in any show!!! 4 seasons in and I still can’t make my mind about Glenn, is he a good or bad person?? He isn’t very self conscious and has some conservative views but he has stepped up for cheyenne, mateo and amy so I’m going with someone with a good heart!

Glenn attempting to impart his not-so-useful knowledge and also keeping rather unimportant notes on people he has to conduct business with is yet another thing taken from The Office. There's an incredibly similar premise with Michael Scott.
And the ending was... weird. I'm sure that ice pop delivery guy was not deliberately being an ass, he just has to stick to policy. But Glenn twists his arm by blackmailing him. All to let Amy not suffer the consequences of a mistake she made that was 100% her fault. Not a good look.
