The American version of this awesome show is getting beyond tedious.
If you want to see good versions that are far superior check out the Australian Survivor and Survivor South Africa.
Everything about this show is political now. Over the top 'inclusiveness"
"GUYS" is now outlawed. I'm waiting for someone to sit out a challenge because they feel they're isolated and non-athletic.
If they want to go so political correct and inclusive, how about having a competitor in a wheelchair or a quadriplegic?
Not sure how I missed writing this review sooner (possibly due to frustration of the season itself), but i was a rather average experience. The game injected so many advantages (and disadvantages) into the game and every single one flopped. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Not to mention, the winner was an underedited winner which is always lackluster for the viewer.
That's not to say the full season was bad. I actually quite enjoyed much of the cast and their was a lot of interesting developments. It goes back to my belief that bad Survivor is still good television. It could just be so much better. Because of all of this, this will likely not be a season I revisit anytime soon, but I do look forward to seeing a lot of this cast return at a later point.

Good season overall... the Australian and South African versions are still tougher and more challenging for the players.
