1x01 Pilot

5 minutes into the show and I got an uncomfortable feeling. 10 minutes past and I already got annoyed by the clichés too many to list. Not a single original idea, everything is all too predictable, full of idiotic oversights, complete disregard for physics and the rant can go on and on.
I am patient enough to hold my breath for a few more episodes and hope for the best.

This looks interesting... First episode is well constructed.

Teenage drama, predictable cliches, average acting. Story is just interesting enough and a strongish ending to be keep me involved for the next couple episodes.

I quite enjoyed this first episode, it was interesting enough to pique my interest & entertaining enough to take me out of the real world for a bit - which is what a good show or movie is SUPPOSED to do. So all in all I give it a thumbs up. As for all you harsh critics capping & knit picking on this show, relax, it's merely Hollywood grade entertainment, it's not SUPPOSED to be 100% accurate or realistic w/regard to details & what not so chill all you Rogers & Eberts damn lol

This is one of the worst pilots I've seen, and HAHAHAHA did they use a Windows sound when the counselor is in surgery or whatever?

The first 4-5 episodes I watched I didn't enjoy that much. The concept is cool and sort of creative and the effects are alright for show standards but the overall acting and or dialogue isn't the greatest and the plot seems a bit cliche like the show isn't living up to its potential...so I've taken a break from it and I'll continue it when I feel like it because I I heard the later episodes actually get a lot better which I hope is true...I know this show won't be one of my favourites but I might end up liking it a lot who knows I hope I do enjoy it...I have taken break from new shows before because I either wasn't hooked at first or just didn't feel like continuing or I forgot (I've taken breaks from colony and Zoo before and then a few months after taking a break from Zoo I ended up finishing the two seasons really fast haha) so maybe this show could interest Bur for now I give it 3/5 I'd say for the beginning episodes at least.

It seems like a great premise. Very rushed pilot but I guess they wanted to fit in as much possible.

I only made it 15 minutes in. The show speedruns the exposition, and every character is an idiot for some reason? Like you land on a planet with absolutely no resources, and walking towards the food and shelter is a bad idea? When the it broke into high school drama cliques, I turned it off. They were in solitary prison cells, how do they have cliques???

it's okay but its something for me and my mom to watch other than food network lol so i'll take what i can get

sitting down for my third rewatch of this series. i forgot how cheesy it starts off. some of the lines are a little forced in the first episode. it's amazing to me how much the actors in this series grow with each season. this series aired in my senior year of high school and i grew into my young adulthood watching the 100. brings back good memories.

If you read the book at least the first one its kinda of similar but way different in a cool way too Clarke is way cool and so is Octavia too she so different from the book. Wells poor him always getting accused for being the Chancellor son up in space. Bellamy can be called an ass or a bully so can Murphy but as i watched other episodes they seem to be getting a bit better my poor Jasper like who in the world did something like that to him

Watching on Netflix. First thought once they landed and started dividing and pairing up was, "this looks like a generic CW teen show." Come to find out it is a CW show. Which doesn't condemn it, but the network generally isn't known, Supernatural aside, for producing quality content. The pilot was exciting and fun if a little cliche. I've heard it gets better, so here's hoping.

Interesting idea. Overly dramatic and too 'teen-pop'. The ending, although predictable, make it look a little promising.
