At The Walk, Lisa won exclusive access to a trainer for the week, picking herself to train with Michelle. The other contestants joined forces to train under The Commando and Tiffiny. Michelle took Lisa through the fundamentals of healthy snacking, before heading into a training session. The contestants then headed into a Patisserie Temptation, the sweet dreams coming courtesy of Adriano Zumbo. Alex, Margie, Michelle, Lydia played, with Michelle winning two Immunities at a cost of 850 calories.
