Contestants from the first three seasons return to the ranch for one final weigh-in to see if they've managed to keep the weight off. They will also share the struggles they went through to stay in shape, as well as what's happened in their lives since they left the show. Find out if anyone has gained the weight back and who has kept it off in this hour-long special.
We get and update from former contestants on what they have been doing since they left The Biggest Loser show and we see how they look now. Also, we hear about the struggles to keep the weight off for some of the former contestants and the other contestants tell us of the milestones they've accomplished.
Viewers get the chance to catch up with some of their favorite contestants from the past nine seasons of the series, as more than 30 former contestants will be featured, revealing what they have been doing with their lives since the show.
Updates on past contestants are presented, along with bloopers and behind-the-scenes footage.
