Continuity error this episode. They were supposed to be adopting a baby girl
The adoption agency and what it did is on some Metal Gear Solid type of disturbing stuff. To be fair, more disturbing things have probably happened in that franchise.

In the episode, we see humans which are used as machines to give children only.
That is how animal industry does to cows! They put cows to small areas and are raped to give babies and milk.
This was another different episode. Raymond helped again them to find the villains.

The story in this episode is the sickest I think I've ever seen. I don't know why it hits me so hard and what's worse.
