He finds the elephant hidden inside one of the city's best hotels. After rousting Sketch Paree and The Mole, Joe Jitsu contacts Dick Tracy and turns the two crooks over to his superior.

B.B. Eyes and Flat Top are robbing a train of its cash and cargo. Hemlock Holmes and The Retrouchable Squad are sent by Dick Tracy to stop them.

Having trouble in getting his stolen gold brick back to his new hideout, Flattop decides to work out at the local gym. Unfortunately for Flattop, Joe Jitsu is also working out at the gym. B.B. Eyes and Flattop are stealing the city's supplies of bowling balls and extorting the bowling ball makers to pay them a fortune. Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables to foil the villains. They do so by trapping the crooks inside their own bowling pins' setup device.

Sketch Paree and The Mole are in India trying to steal the Ruby Of Hamistan, the world's most valuable ruby. Dick Tracy and Joe Jitsu are sent to India to foil the two villains.

Hemlock Homes and the Retouchables are sent in to protect a priceless Platterpuss from Platavia.

Pruneface and Itchy are stealing from the city's parking meters with a magnet on a mobile crane. Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables are assigned to capture the two thieving vandals. The villains drop their magnet, and their truck is caught by their own evil weapon.

Making a radio call to his superior, Go Go asks Tracy to send a patrol wagon outside the hotel. In short order, Stooge and Mumbles are caught again.

The Brow and Oodles are corralling swamp alligators in an attempt to control the alligator bag manufacturing industry. Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables set out to round up the racketeers.

The Brow and Oodles are using Lighthouse Point to guide black market ships into safe harbor. Go Go Gomez is assigned to investigate and apprehends the culprits.

Dick Tracy and Hemlock Holmes find out that Stooge Villa and Mumbles have kidnapped the Retouchables. The two villains phone Tracy and Hemlock, and warn them that if the city officials don't capitulate to their demands within 24 hours, the Retouchables will be killed. The two detectives head for Stooge and Mumbles' hideout, where they rout the pair and free their colleagues.

The Brow and Oodles are south of the border.. fixing horses races. Their plan involves having an ostrich posing as a horse. Go Go Gomez foils them when he causes the ostrich to stick his head into the sand.

Sketch Paree and The Mole are hypnotizing well-to-do customers at the amusement park, and then taking all their money. Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to the park, disguised as a multimillionaire, to foil the two crooks. Sketch finally corners his prey and begins to put Gomez under his evil influence. Tracy comes on the scene and places a mirror in front of the villain's eyes. Soon, Sketch Paree is under his own trance, and is completely unconscious.

A pair of aliens from outer space are committing robberies in various American cities. Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to find and stop the aliens. The two space robbers are actually Oodles and The Brow in disguise. Joe captures the two crooks and turns them over to Tracy.

The captain and divers of a cargo ship searching for buried pirate treasure are being killed by Pruneface, Itchy and their pet shark Cuddles. Dick Tracy and Go Go Gomez head for the ship. There Go Go foils the two crooks and their pet shark and together Go Go and Tracy take the trio into custody.

Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to Scotland to stop The Brow and Oodles from ripping off the local citizens by showing off a fake Loch Ness Monster (which is simply a hideous-looking rubber inflatable toy). Unable to get rid of Go Go, the two crooks try to deflate their rubber toy and make off with their booty. But Oodles inadvertently sticks a pin into the hide of the real Loch Ness Monster, and the creature sends the two villains right into the hands of Dick Tracy, Go Go Gomez and the Scottish authorities.

The Brow and Oodles are operating a diamond smuggling ring in Holland. The pair hide their booty inside wooden shoes. Go Go Gomez heads for Holland and stops the crooks.

B.B. Eyes is released from prison after serving time for a bank robbery. Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez on his trail to recover the missing loot.

Pruneface And Itchy have been creating and selling counterfeit wedding rings made from the debris of the shooting gallery at the city's amusement park. Dick Tracy sends in Joe Jitsu, who quickly captures the crooks and their fence One Penny Benny.

Mumbles and Stooge Villa are being tried for fraud. During the course of the trial, Stooge Villa escapes from the courthouse. On orders from Dick Tracy, Go Go Gomez goes after the escapee. And after inflating the tires of the crook's car, Gomez flies Villa back to the courthouse to face the music.

The Brow and Oodles are trying to create a new super rubber formula that they plan to use to create a crime wave. Joe Jitsu tries to stop them. In the end, the pair are foiled by Oodles, who stupidly drinks the formula, turning himself into a fat rubber man who is easily bested by the detective.

Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes & The Retouchables to stop B.B. Eyes and Flattop who are running an illegal horse race betting operation in a Laundromat.

B.B. Eyes and Flattop kidnap the Great Whodunit, a famous magician and escape artist. The pair are forcing the entertainer to teach them his escape secrets so that they can commit crimes without any interference from Dick Tracy and his squad. Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to avert this catastrophe. He does so by tricking the crooks into placing their fingers into Chinese finger cuffs.

Stooge Villa and Mumbles have committed another robbery, and they're trying to escape by climbing up a skyscraper that's under construction. Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables follow the two villains up the building's framework. They finally capture the pair inside a cement mixer.

Go Go Gomez is assigned to investigate mysterious sounds emanating from beneath the Hotel Havoc. He stumbles on to Stooge Villa and Mumbles as they attempt to dig their way into the hotel's basement vault.

Flattop and B.B. Eyes have escaped from prison. In order to make their getaway easier, the two crooks kidnap Dick Tracy and they taken him on flight 22; they plan to drop him into the sea. Tracy contacts Go Go Gomez on his wrist radio using Morse code. Go Go has the airport's radio operator intercept the code and the airlines pilots help save Tracy from the duo.

Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to stop them. Go Go foils the pair by feeding knock out pills to Stooge Villa and Mumbles.

Pruneface has created a robot that he plans to use to kidnap Dick Tracy. Once in his control, Pruneface will extract the law enforcer's crime-fighting secrets via a brain transfer device. Seeing that his commander is in trouble, Go Go Gomez quickly places the headpiece of the device on the villain's head.

Pruneface and Itchy disrupt the big football game between the Lions and the Beavers. They use an air suction gun to aide the players in gliding over the goalpost and make a win, so they can win their bets on the game. Joe Jitsu grabs the two villains and turns them over to Tracy.

Two villains are stealing ivory from the sacred elephants of India. Dick Tracy and his assistant, Joe Jitsu, fly to India. There, they discover that the crooks stealing the ivory from the elephants are Stooge Villa and Mumbles.

Luckily, Go Go grabs the clock just as it's about to be thrown into the drink and helps Tracy take the pair into custody.

It turns out that Stooge Villa and Mumbles are frightening the old man with film and recorded images of ghosts, witches, cannons and other things. But Tracy breaks into the house and exposes the scam. As the two cops take the villains away, the former cop reveals that he is The Lone Stranger, and that his "Silver" is actually his horse.

Pruneface and Itchy are stealing from a fountain at St. Peter's in Rome. Dick Tracy sends Charlie out to bring them in.

The two criminals attack Charlie from the fountain. Dick assigns Joe Jitsu to help the Italian police chief foil the two villains' scheme. It turns out that the Italian police chief's pet electric eel is the biggest help in sending the two villains to jail.

The message to one: "Return four hundred with pigeon or we will spike your penguin food." Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to capture the two crooks.

The Brow and Oodles have bought the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The pair turns the tower into a hotel... but only as a front so that they can break into the bank next door. Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes to stop them.

Disguised as an old woman, the Brow is preying on wealthy millionaires by pretending to be their long-lost mother and then killing them for their fortunes. Tracy creates a ploy to have Go Go Gomez impersonate a millionaire. Gomez advertises that he is trying to locate his missing parent. Buying into the sting, the Brow and Oodles invite the two detectives to their lair. There, Go Go and Tracy wrap up The Old Mummy Case in a snap.

Once on scene, the little police detective finds out that Pruneface and Itchy are selling phony islands to unsuspecting victims. Go Go foils the crooks plot by puncturing the inflatable island and turning the pair over to the local authorities.

Dick Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes on the trail of Flattop and B.B. Eyes, who are trying to corner the sealskin coat market. Tracy joins Hemlock in a smashing finish to the case.

Disguised as two Indians, Stooge Villa and Mumbles are robbing vacationers out West. Dick Tracy assigns Go Go Gomez to stop them. The detective thwarts the twosome and turns them over to the authorities.

B.B. Eyes and Flattop take over an express train and proceed to steal its contents. Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables to stop them. The squad captures the two villains, and Hemlock brings the train back in true Casey Jones style.

Stooge Villa and Mumbles have stolen a rare parrot worth millions of dollars. Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables to return the parrot and capture the two crooks. Hemlock foils the villains by disguising himself as the parrot and bringing the thugs into Tracy's dragnet... but in the process, two of the members of the Retouchables have captured the disguised Hemlock and hold him for the wagon!

Dick Tracy sends Joe Jitsu after Pruneface and Itchy who are running a medical scam.

Joe Jitsu foils the two crooks by using mental telepathy to brainwash the pair into thinking that they're double crossing each other, destroy their copters' mechanisms and jump off the rooftop of the hotel and into the arms of Dick Tracy.

Dick Tracy and Joe Jitsu go after Stooge Villa and Mumbles who are sending out fake Sweepstakes tickets all over the city.

Stooge Villa and Mumbles are smuggling rare pearls and hiding them inside Chinese fortune cookies at an abandoned restaurant in Chinatown. Dick Tracy send Hemlock Holmes to find them. Hemlock stops at the restaurant for food and he becomes suspicious of the waiter. Stooge and Mumbles (the waiter in disguise) are about to carve up Hemlock with a meat cleaver. Tracy comes in and foils the villains by shooting a hole in one of the barrels of fortune cookies... which buries the crooks.
