This show is inhabited by broken people. It's depressing and sad, yet the final scene was so sweet.
Please don't make a third season. That was the perfect ending.

I was really worried that this season might be shit but it actually turned out great. It's IMO as good if not better than S1 (although quite a bit less funnier and even more depressing at times) and it provides a lot happier ending for the characters which is nice. It also deals with the psychological aftermath of S1 really well.

But the best thing in the show still was the soundtrack. It somehow got even better than S1.

«You can think you’ve run away from something. But actually, you’ve been carrying it with you the whole time. (...) It’s a like a haunted house. Only I’m the ghost. You can get stuck in a place and not even realize it. If you’re not careful, you can get stuck there forever».

«Puoi essere convinto di scappare da qualcosa, in realtà la stai portando con te. La casa dei fantasmi. Solo che il fantasma sono io. Puoi restare bloccata in un posto senza accorgertene. E se non stai attenta resti bloccata per sempre».

I didn't know what I was getting myself into a few days ago when I started this series. But after getting on this ride full of emotions and heartbreaks, I'm happy that we landed here. This last episode is perfect. I was scared when Alyssa jumped in the pool, but was relieved when she was there in front of James, hugging him when he couldn't hold his emotions in anymore. I was giggling when they poured out his father's pasty ashes. And her words... In the end, they will always be wounded, but they are ready to face what caused it and move on. To a happier life. This is the best ending I could have wished for.

[James] «Dread can start as a small thing. It’s quiet, you can pretend not to hear it. But it gets loud. Really loud. And you can’t ignore it any more».

«La paura può cominciare in sordina. Così piano che puoi anche non sentirla. Ma diventa forte. Molto forte. E non la puoi + ignorare».

The finale was rather quiet but I don't know what more they could have done with it because of the nature of the show and the characters. It was a good end to a good season.

I was really worried that Alyssa would kill herslef this episode, but im glad she's safe. This episode was a nice conclusion to James and Alyssa's relationship, Im glad ALyssa took accountability for how shitty she's been acting, and admitted she had feelings for James too. I also thought the scene of Alyssa facing on her trauma from being almost raped by Koch was a great scene, hopefully if there is another season Alyssa will be able to overcome her emotional trauma. James scattering his dad's ashes was a nice bit of dark comedy, but also an imporant moment for James, helpign him deal with his fathers death. Overall this seaon has been a nice addition to the series, I loved seeing James and Phil developing a healthy relationship in the end. Bonnie was a terrifying character but im glad she didnt go through with killing James and Alyssa, also I really wish we had heartwarming scenes with Alyssa and Gwen, after all Gwen was the one writing letters for Alyssa.

This season should never been happened.First season was so interesting. But this thing has nothing to get attention and so boring. It was a very hard trying to complete watching season 2 even when it was only 20 minutes.

The main attraction of this series was the weirdness of characters. But in this, they are like some depressed guy who talks moral values all the time. Its not what we expect. Its already ruined.I would never mind if they release a season 3 or not.Finished with this thing
