Mike Ross and I had some free time after shooting Cross Counter so we decided to jump on XBL to see what happens. Let us know what you guys think about the concept.
We continue our Excellent Online Adventures with another set:
When we last left gootecks & Mike Ross, gootecks defeated Zeckasaur's Ken, who had taunted him a few times in the match. Apparently gootecks' style really struck a chord with Zeckasaur. We join our heroes moments after this match, as Zeckasaur tries to run it back with Adon against Mike's Ryu.
After a few matches with Zeckasaur, gootecks plays a match with what was apparently one of Mike's old DOTA friends, Uohz. Finally, Mike busts out DeeJay and comes across OmG iTz Andre's Chun Li. After the match, gootecks tries to run it back but gets denied in the surprise conclusion!
When we last left our heroes, Mike had just lost a game with DeeJay to a Chun Li player. gootecks tried to run it back to avenge his loss, but the Chun player removed him from the session, thwarting his efforts for vengeance!

As the Street Fighter party comes to an end, our heroes decide they're sick of getting bodied by XBox Live randoms and finally get serious! GamerBee shows that he's not a one trick pony (er, Adon) when he demonstrates his Akuma! Justin Wong gets El Fuerte in random select and GOES ABSOLUTELY NUTS! Mike Ross takes on the ONE BUTTON CHALLENGE with Bison! And Marn shows GamerBee a thing or two about Adon... or does he?
Excellent Adventures hits the road, as gootecks and Mike Ross are joined by Justin Wong in Calgary to represent Team USA in the Canada Cup! In this episode we give you a behind-the-scenes look at Team USA's pregame strategy, in what led to gootecks' OCV (One Character Victory) over Team Calgary... which eventually helped Team USA win the entire team tournament!
