OK. I'm really done with Joe and all the characters from Seasons 1 & 2. If there's something new, just let me know. Otherwise, it's kinda repetitive.
Season 3 started well, fell flat in the middle and finished extremely strongly; very happy with the final episodes. Season 2 was hard to watch, very dark. I'm glad season 3 gave some closure although not exactly a happy ending...
I thought season 3 ended really well. I can't believe that FOX is not going to have a season 4. There is such potential for season 4 to go in a new and very interesting direction. Bad move FOX.

Ok. Season 2 was a little bit hard to watch, a bit too crazy and unbelievable for my taste. With season 3, at first it really seemed to be more promising, First I thought, hey, the people who make this show have really learned from season 2, and evolved. But now that I am further into the season, there is one thing that I just really can't stand and it is just a bummer. Don't worry, I won't put spoilers here. Just, computers and the Internet are an important part of the story. But they make it very unbelievable. The way the characters talk, they say stuff kind of like: "We have infiltrated the firewall through a reversed A.R.P. proxy but their IP is bouncing way too fast, these guys really know what they're doing." So the words they use are English but they make no real sense. It's like they just throw in some catchy keywords. Please, if you make your story depend on technology, don't make it sound so stupid (this is a problem with many shows) but just hire a bunch of IT professionals who can help you with the actors' lines. Now they just talk gibberish and it is really disappointing, distracting and almost insulting.
What I do like, or actually who I like, is Kevin Bacon. He's just got something cool. Without him I'd have stopped watching in the first season I guess :-) Oh yeah, it is also nice to see that guy who played the friendly robocop in Almost Human, I don't know his name, but he's a good actor and really fit for his role.
So my conclusion is mixed - the actors are good but the story is so/so. It would be better if they would not use fake tech-speak to glue their plot together. If you don't mind that sort of thing, do give this season a chance.
