This is not a funny episode. The worst part is the dentist's office part. The audience seems to enjoy this part a lot. I though it's not funny at all. It's still a nice episode since it tells the story how Ashley's and Hillary's time in California will end. W/o the job, it also forces Will to leave the nest. Finally. That's the natural endpoint of this show.
