This episode was amazing! Easily the best episode of the season. I'm so happy it was renewed for a second season.
You certainly can't say that the finale was uneventful. My only complaint is that Andy came across as anything but subtle and nuanced. I don't know if that's the fault of the directing or the actor, but it could have been handled better. In any case, I'm glad that we'll be getting more of this one -- and with new sets!!!
I had goosebumps the entire time
Ugh. Ending on a flat note that the writers probably thought was going to be an adrenaline-inducing cliffhanger, with some yawn-inducing drama, this series went from wow to no in the last half of the season.
What there is of the soundtrack is some person writing generic music that slathers on the emotional beats heavily, making sure to tell us that this is a moment we should be tense, and that moment we should feel sad. Which is helpful because we wouldn't be able to figure it out by watching.
Wow! That was a very unexpected ending.

Great ending to a great season of a great show!
The only thing that disappointed me was constantly expecting Stephen Moyer to whisper "Sookeh!", but never actually hearing him say it.
