Love this one, Season 1 was a blast! cant wait to see the other seasons
I can't wait for more episodes! I hope this awesome series runs for a long time!
The Best Comedy on TV , just pure awesomeness and laughts
Adam is definitely the center but Barry totally steals the show.
Adam Goldberg grew up in the 80s and he's recreating his "wonder years" in this tv show, showing how was his family/friends and what were his greatest adventures. Always with a camera, young Adam records his protective mother, crazy brother, popular sister, lazy father and friendly grandfather. It's similar to, for example, Malcolm in the Middle but there're certain details that really rise this one to a new level. It has potential and with a couple more seasons with really funny episodes will make this one a show to watch.
Yay, renewed for a second season! :D
One of the best shows on tv...goddamn the 80's were awesome, if you missed it..sucks to be youuuuu haaaa
By far one of the best pieces of writing ever. Fantastically brilliant.
Best comedy show since Raising Hope.
It might not be my favorite sitcom, but I do enjoy the '80s nostalgia, as I was born in 1978 & thus grew up in that decade. It's also a good wholesome comedy w/ a solid cast & the jokes & storylines are enjoyable w/ a combo of present-day zing & old-fashioned formula that's transcended sitcoms through the ages.
Great show to watch with the family, many laughs and memories of the good ol' 80's.
This was pretty great. The characters were amazing. I also liked how they showed clips of the real characters this was based off of.
Oh god, this show got so much heart!
And the whole 80's setting and the references do not feel as forced as in the other 80's throwback show "The Carrie Diaries".
Loving it already and I hope it's doing well enough that it will survive its first season at least. :D
It was a good show. Brought back memories while watching. The latter years took a hit with the loss of George Segal and Jeff Garlin and the use of the real Adam's home movies, but I'd recommend this show. It was a good watch.
Initial seasons were a hoot to watch. Just pure wholesomeness. But the later seasons did bring out the glaring problems in the series.
Adam is not a relatable character. Most of the character developments in the show stagnates his development regresses.
He is extremely selfish. The show tries to show off his growth, by him doing hurtful things every episode then doing a grand gesture to make everything okay. He is really spoiled, it gets addressed in the show. Still he is really spoiled. His romantic interests seemed shallow. All of them follow the same pattern.
Side characters are mediocre at best. Beverly is often portrayed as a villain in most episodes. Murray is an absentee father. Barry and Erica are okay. The one thing i liked about the side characters are the JTP. That was a nice touch.
LOVE IT,
GREAT SHOW, LIGHT HEARTED, FUNNY AND TAKES U BACK TO THE GOOD OLD DAYS....80s and 90s.
This show is so underrated. It's funnier than some of the more popular shows of the comedy genre. Plus this one has that sweet 80s vibe!
Awesome, very funny. Puts a smile on my face everytime. It's great to see Judd and George too!
I didn't expect to love this series. I'm glad I discovered it because it's so hilarious!! I was born in the 90s and I kinda relate to the other stuff they mentioned here even though it's in the 80s.
LOVE THE SERIES! BRINGS BACK SO MANY MEMORIES! CLASSIC! "MORON'S"
when added to trakt show up as love family
My all time favorite show. Can't really figure out why...must be the gift of the awesome 80's hit every now and then!
Really funny show! Barry is awesome. Now a couple of episodes in Season 2 and is it getting better and better. Adam is getting a bit annoying though.
Unexceptional, but stylish and engaging. Not quite surprising, not quite predictable.
Worth a watch, even if it sometimes hurts.
first sitcom since seinfeld I have watched before going into syndication.
This is what "$%@* My Dad Says" SHOULD have been like.

I love this show. It makes me laugh and smile every time. It brings back a lot of memories of growing up in the 80s too.
