Great episode, and curious about the spinoff! I just don't understand the ending, they show the hand and the stringe, but does that mean that Shaun was right or wrong??

That was awesome. Glad to hear that it actually starts a spin-off, cos while I was watching I was thinking “damn, this should be a spin-off”.
This episode was different, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! I agree with the other commenter Patrick Roelofs.
this episode sets up a spinoff series with the name of the episode title, it was a very good episode and if the spinoff is anything like the good doctor, chances are it's going to be good.

absolutely not! the backdoor pilot was awful, the OCD and her "things" looked so forced and she didn't convince at all. many mistaked about her OCD like when shaun knock on ther door twice she should have freezed waiting for the third time. I'm not gonna watch this.
