Great wrap up to a wacky season! It was bound to happen, but still, I am sad to see Blum go (yes, I'm aware I'm in the minority, though I understand the Blum hate), but I am happy that he took Maia with him (I still don't like her). Judging by her last scene, he seemed to have ruined her, anyway, so nothing's lost, there.
Between the absurdity of the ASMR testimony and the silly Brooks Brothers riot re-enactment, that has got to be the most ludicrous trial we've ever seen in The Good Fight! And I'm glad for it, this show does not spend enough time in the courtroom, unfortunately, so I treasure every moment that it does. And this one trumped them all!
I did not understand if the whole ball lightning was supposed to be a metaphor for something. Nothing burned up in the end, Reddick, Boseman & Lockhart won the trial, so... What was that all about? Same thing goes for that cliffhanger... What the flying fuck?! I'm guessing Kurt will be charged for something. Or maybe Diane. Or both! Maybe the Book Club has something to do with it, like someone suggested around here. I hope we'll get to see the reason behind that scene by early 2020.
... Until then, enjoy Donald J. Trump, everybody!
This was awesome! But I have some regrets. The main one is as others stated below- Maia running off with Blum. What was she thinking saying no to Diane? She chose destruction over life, basically, or to spite them, it felt like. I guess with Blum she gets more freedom but she constantly will have to fend off his stunts and illegal crap. I guess that's what's familiar to her though, having the family she had. But I liked Maia, so if this is where her story ends, I will be sad. Besides, the show started off being mainly about her.
My other regret is that they tried to get Alicia to guest star for 3 episodes, and she would have agreed, but they didn't offer her as much as she made on TGW, so she turned them down. Really, Margulies? This season would have been elevated by her presence. Plus she was Lucca's BFF.
Great season finale but if Maia‘s really gone for good then I‘m very disappointed in how the friendship between her and Marissa ended. I love Maia and I was hoping to see more of her next season.
I just read that Rose Leslie won't be in season four and that the season three finale has really been her sendoff. Wow, what a shitty ending for her character, I can‘t believe her story arc ends like this. That’s disappointing.
That woman's laugh is honestly something else! Amazing
What a season finale!! This was AMAZING. Loved every second of it (except the Blum scenes, I'm glad he's finally out).
So many great scenes in this episode. I'm happy Lucca might get the partner spot next season, she deserves it. She's amazing in every way.
Maia is gone but whatever... she betrayed Marissa and then Diane, I did not care about her in the end.
What the hell was that ending?! I'm thinking it might be related to the ''Book Club'' ladies. I can't wait to see what happens. Season 4 I'm waiting for you!
what a deligtfully weird season finale to a delightfully weird season. the whole courtroom battle and the bizarre tactics were a trip , the odd "lightning ball" backstory wired the episode with some weird light and slightly bizarre sparks that this season knew to throw at us so well... Maia's ending was a bit off-putting and probably wasn't what the writers planned for the series as they started it (given it started with her as one of the protagonists), so they probably came up with that at the last minute - but it is fitting in a subtle way, Maia lived in a household filled with corruption and that was thrown at her all at once and she tried to stay above that for as long as she could, but the corruption kept pulling her foot and she finally gave in to that - a bit out of the sudden, given how abrupt her exit of the series was, but not unprecedent.
And that cliffhanger, my god... it definitely has something to do with The Book Club, that woman threatened Diane after she told Jay and Marissa to face her and she's probably swatted on Kurt/Diane in order to get one of them killed like they did with that senator or whatever some episodes ago... chilling cliffhanger.
Season finale. How can they have the Internet if there is no light? Router or mobile towers off. It has been exciting. I'm partially happy for Maia. Cliffhanger?

I died at the ASMR part. Especially when the witness was leaning into the microphone and brushing her hair.
