7x08 Restraint

Eli's romance with Vanessa Williams (I forgot the name of her character) is one of the most interesting relationships on this show, because Eli isn't a very romantic character and it's a scenario where we don't see him often. Yes, I know, he dabbled a bit on that reclusive side of his in the earlier seasons, and it was adorable back then as it is now. I really hope this time he'll get lucky!.

On the other hand, I can already feel the awful stench of cliché and déjà vu with Alicia getting the hots for Jason, and those two will inevitably get together at some point (it won't be long, since this is the last season).

Also, you go, Grace! That Florrick junior was on fire in this episode!

Diane was very, very annoying... I understand she was doing her job, but she pushed it too far, everything got forced and contrived and awkward. Putting the business above her own principles... I have to agree with the judge on this one.

Great episode! Glad to see the law coming back to The Good Wife at full force!

Every single storyline in this episode was excellent. Grace became one of my favorite characters. Diane's development went a very interesting way. I hope they are working to a bigger goal in Diane's story. The only downside was Eli's part. He was to slapstick in this episode for my taste.
